Dr. Cole Seaton, DO

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Seaton, who demonstrated a significant lack of compassion and failed to listen to my concerns as a patient. During my appointment, I felt rushed and dismissed, as if my symptoms were merely an inconvenience rather than valid health issues. This lack of empathy not only made me feel undervalued but also hindered my trust in their medical advice. I would not recommend Dr. Seaton for anyone seeking care.

Very friendly and compassionate. Listen attentively and give advice and let you know what he can do to get you feeling better. Thumbs down on sending his nurse in to tell you what bloodwork revealed. Leave it up to nurse to tell you what step to take next as far as getting medical attention. He did not offer any medication or injection that would help immediately.

Frankly, I do not agree with the first review given to Dr Seaton. He gave me every option available to me and allowed me to make the call. Very few doctors do this, it is either my way or the highway. The entire staff were all friendly, courteous, and very attentive to my every need. I would rate the doctor and his staff with 5 star only because there is not at 6.The only flaw in the good doctors character is that he once had an association with Texas A&M and their soon to be unemployed coach Jimbo Fisher:) :)

He will not allow you to explain why you are there and will cut you off. He doesn’t understand how to show compassion or listen. He will throw it in your face that he is the physician and what he says goes. If you ask for something he will tell you that you can’t just get what you want. Don’t worry if you are willing to do what he wants his nurse will never come in the room….oh and there is nothing in the room the clean the blood off the stretcher. I don’t recommend him or SGMC! Horrible.
