Dr. McMahon really took time and listed to my concerns, he worked on my medications and he took as much time as I needed to discuss any concerns. I felt he was extremely attentive and caring.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. McMahan. He listens and works with me on what treatments would be best for me and my lifestyle. He answers my questions and helps me when I need it. I appreciate him and his kind and friendly staff, who always go out of their way to help me. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. McMahan as my doctor.

I Am a 56 year old. Disabled Veteran . I Have Multiple Physical Problems. My Employer is the US Postal Service and i Am being Forced to Work beyond My Capacity. This Led to Major Anxiety And some Depression. My Primary Care Physician Referred me to Dr. Cody McMahan . I was Told I Would be receiving a Call to Schedule an appointment. 2 weeks had gone by ,I just happened to be in an Office he shares with other doctors with my Wife. So i Asked if they could schedule my Appointment. I Was told That Dr. McMahon Without even Seeing me One Time Refused to see me and pawned me off on MHMR , Now Suffering from this for Months i Again Have to Wait and find another Doctor. i Believe Dr. McMahan is in violation of#1, #8 & 9 in the AMA code of ethics. An while the AMA is not law. I think it show's his Character. I believe he saw me as a P.P. And Dropped me off to the State To Shirk His Responsibilities . If you Have a More serious Psychologica disorder than what i Have i Would not waste my Time

I Am Suffering from Anxiety and some depression for about 2 months. My Primary doctor obtained a referral to see dr. McMahan. I was told to wait for his call. Well I waited and waited, I only found out that he informed my Primary care Doctor that He wanted me to go to MHMR weeks later. MHMR is a Place where a Doctor or Psychiatrist might recommend you to go . If he or she Has Determined after examination that you need more Treatment than they can Provide. however this is only Something that can be determine after seeing a Patient. Dr, McMahan Kicked me to the Curb. Not only did i have to wait while i suffered. I was denied Treatment for a Simple case of Anxiety and depression. Please Ask Your self this , Do you want this Doctor to drop you because he doesn't think he can continue caring for you. Just Want new Patients to be wary of this doctor. i would not recommend Him

I have found Dr McMahon to be a caring and compassionate Doctor. He is easy to talk to and a good listener.
