Poor substitute for Dr. Bulan
I have never posted a bad review for a doctor, but this is a special case. After a torrential downpour and flooded roads, the road I normally take was out of service. I called Dr. Alexander to say that I would be late bc I got lost taking the detour. I was told to come to the office and if I made it in 15 min Dr. Alexander would see me. I got there in 16 min and Dr Alexander refused to see me and would not let me do my bloodwork after fasting. Why did she tell me to come if she was not going to see me? Then today she sent me a no show bill! Glorianna, a very nice office staff member tried to get her to wave it, but she would not. I saw Dr Bulan for over 13 years. She was an amazing doctor. The office staff and nurses here are lovely. Dr Alexander should not be part of this practice. This woman is no substitute for a doctor who really cared about her patients. I'm leaving this practice and if you were assigned Dr Alexander, I suggest that you do the same!

Definitely, recommend Dr. Alexander
I was very pleased with the two visits I have had with Dr. Alexander. She listen to what I was telling her and was thorough with her questions about my health.

Not very good
She can’t seem to figure out how to do the most basic of things you expect a Dr to do such as writing prescriptions for procedures. doesn’t seem to take anything seriously and thinks terminally ill people are “healthy” not impressed, refuse to go back.

I was hospitalized for COVID at Overlook. Upon discharge, Dr. Alexander was the doctor assigned to follow up with me. We had telemed visits for 2 weeks. We clicked immediately! How lucky for me!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and allayed any concerns I had. I have been an RN for forty years and I cannot sing her praises enough! She is now my primary physician! Her office is on point. I have emailed her via my chart and Dr Alexander has always returned my emails, and has called me on several occasions!!! If you are looking for a physician who truly cares and is kind and caring, look no further than Dr. Alexander.
