Very knowledgeable and professional, however his staff is not very helpful after calling multiple times to find out whether or not they send my lab orders to the lab no one had any idea where the orders were sent. I had to go to the office and pick up my lab orders. After had them done, waited for seven days I called the office to inquire if they received the results. According to them they hadn’t received any results, but according to the lab they sent the results to the provider. The office wanted me to go back to the lab and get them done again. After a week calling and sending messages back and forth and explaining to them that I already have the lab results, they continue telling that I had to do the labs again. I’ve decided to speak to the office manager and explained the situation but nothing was resolved. After talking to the office manager the staff kept calling me stating I need to get my labs done. Very incompetent staff. Nevertheless I will be taking the results to my new Gastroenterologist. Good Doctor bad staff.

I have been his patient since 2019, and my past several appointments were video visits. Dr. Collins did not take my issues seriously, and dismissed them as gas. Told me to follow a FODMAP diet and take more probiotics. After having URQ pain for over a year now with no end in sight, I saw a new GI that would actually see me in person. Turns out that I have a very serious case of gastritis AND polyps in my bile duct. Not GAS! ?? And if you have serious pain, don’t expect to be seen (via video) for several weeks. Even if you have been to the ER.

Dr. Collins is personable, competent, and thorough.

Dr. Collins is thorough and patient. He spends time listening in order to ensure he understands and then works with the patient to develop the best course of treatment. AWESOME doctor!
