(Pro) Wonderful bedside manner, efficient, caring, Positive Vibes. He cares about your healthcare. He really does give you a full examination, concerns are addressed via my Ochsner, phone calls and in person, (Overall ) He doesn’t treat you as if you are not trying to do the best you can when you see. It’s an educational and you are not just a face or a name to him. Your care is much more…Your office visit. seeing him and trying to do better with compliance for betterment, with healthy eating habits and exercise is rewarded with praise not negativity. He understands overall lifestyle choices, and or changes, that must occur to be successful. He understands the challenges, and choices Adults have to make for a more positive outcomes for better health overall. … I really liked his care with my husband so much, I decided to go to him. ( Cons) Parking although I’m handicap it could be better. Overall Five Stars s And for all of you who think I’m singing his good side like I’m in marketing or advertising I’m not. I’m a real patient and not asked to do this review. I’m just saying it is what it is.

Sharp is kind of a rude inconsiderate person. He act like he's better than everybody around him. I think he's made some poor choices.

Triple books....communication is lacking
There is NEVER a wait under 30 minutes. Sometimes the wait has been over an hour - and this is just for a med change. Tried to get a medicine change 1 day after my appt but was told that I have to go in again to see him - even though I had just come from his office 24 hours prior. I wish there was a good pcp in slidell that took my blue cross.

He's getting nutty as he ages, have to see him every 6 months even if you feel great/ to get refill meds. + blood work ,That Consisted of a Aids Test Hepatitis B say What I'm 62 yrs old Married for 33yrs 6 grand kids. Been my Dr. over 10yrs. When a Dr. makes you feel bad after a visit and your metformin Meds. was 500mg had a increase on a sugar blood test and now it's 1000mg + that was screwed up the prescription was for 2000mg a day. I didn't do it or blood work these are serious mistakes. See Ya

I've been a patient for several years now. The doctor's policy regarding prescription refills is no longer over the phone to the pharmacy. A patient must make an appointment. That's fine and you'll get no argument from me...during normal times where there is no pandemic. This doctor is forcing patients to sit in his waiting room and risk catching the coronavirus, when all they need is a refill. You'd think where people are advised by the government to socially distance themselves TO HELP CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS, if all a patient needs during a pandemic is a refill on his prescriptions that the doctor would temporarily suspend his refill policy. I like Dr. Sharp and think he is a good doctor. I'd give him and his staff five stars during normal times. They've always treated me well.

From the time I walked in to leaving this office it was a JOKE. The front office overcharged me and I have tried to get them to refund me and they haven't after 8 months I am not trying anymore to call them. They say they will send it and won't. The diagnosis was totally incorrect also. Stay clear from this doctor and office.
