I’ve been going for 6 or 7 years now. I honestly don’t know why I put so much faith in a practice that claims to care about their people. This place has done nothing for me that’s why I’m trying to find a new doctor. Saddest excuse for a doctor and nurse practitioners I’ve ever seen.

Called office because I was severely ill. I was told since I had not been to see Dr recently I was considered a new patient. Was told no appointments would be taken for new patients. NICE TO DISCOVER WHEN YOU TRULY NEED YOUR DOCTOR THAT YOU ARE TURNED AWAY SICK AND WITHOUT TREATMENT.

Dr. Hocker is a good doctor though he has taken a long time to find out what is wrong with me. To the point I feel debilitated. And made to feel i was a hypochondriac. Finally think things may be looking up. He has on very, very rude nurse, she's young immuture, and quite brash. I would rather never have to deal with her at all but seem to draw that nasty straw all the time. He use to have such caring staff, there are still a few good ones left. Hope the weed that one out when they move to the next location.

I treated with this office for several years and was let down at least 70% of the time. At one point, Dr Hocker ordered several expensive imaging and lab tests, then told me he didn't know why I was experiencing my issue. That's not reliable patient care. Several staff members are also horrible to work with, and the Dr. either suffers from mental decline, or just doesn't care about his patients. Finding a new provider was the best thing I have done for my healthcare.

Would not recommend Dr. Hocker to anyone because of his staff. In the past they were really good, but now they are poor at best. There is only one girl from his original staff left. The only way you can see him is if you have a scheduled appointment. If you are very sick they can make an appointment for you in two and a half weeks. I would much rather see Dr. Hocker when I am very ill them when I am completely well.

Dr. Hocker was my primary care provider for 3 years. Never once did he himself examine me, I always saw the RN. I did not enjoy any interactions with his staff. For the life of me I dont know why I kept him as my PCP for three years.
