Professional and Responsive
My husband was treated for a broken neck after an accident and Dr Soults oversaw his care in the hospital and performed his surgery. He was professional and competent. His PA Karen was outstanding. The office staff are so nice and helpful. At the follow up visit, he was able to put my husband at ease and give hope for a full recovery.

Rude Staff And Rude Doctor.
What stood out in my visit? his Rude PA, his Unprofessional demeanor, and his unprofessional desk clientele. NEVER AGAIN, he should retire if hes this miserable.

Dr. Soults is excellent! On two separate occasions, he operated and removed 2 brain tumors. One in 2007 and other in 2015. He was thorough, thoughtful and very compassionate. I appreciate all he did for me. Thank you.

Dr Soults is a compassionate, caring surgeon. He explained my surgery and answered my questions.On the day of surgery he saw me in the pre-op waiting area to be sure all questions had been answered and assured me all would go as planned. He put both my husband and I a ease. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing surgery. Crouse Hospital is a 5 starr hospital from the front entrance to discharge ! Very pleased with the total care.

He Removed my herniated disc that was pressing on the sciatic nerve, went home the same day with NO pain meds. GREAT relief.

I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted by dr soults. I found him to be an excellent neurosurgeon. Very caring. Very helpful

I had originally seen Dr. Soults in regards to a fall I had which led to pain in my back , shoulders and neck. I was referred to take physical therapy. I felt satisfied with how this was handled. He now has scheduled me to see a Neurologist in regards to my feet because I am pre-diabetic. I felt Dr. Soults treated me good and was thorough in examining me.
