Telehealth
Dr. Palmer prescribes medications, then neglects to fill those prescriptions for several weeks after they’ve run out. If you are at all above a healthy BMI, he will blame any issues you have with your medications on your weight. If you leave a less than five star review, he’ll fire you as a patient within 30 minutes even though it takes weeks to get in touch with his practice via email (and it is impossible to get in touch via phone).

Never again
Telehealth
Telehealth only, doesn't return patient communication. Dr.(?) Palmer will discontinue meds with 0 notice. Worst doctor I've ever seen.

Exactly what I need
I have been with Dr.Palmer several years now. I’ve never had an issue scheduling or rescheduling appointments. He’s easy to talk to, seems to genuinely care, and remembers my personal history even if it is a long time between appointments. I particularly appreciate the telemedicine appointments as these save time, were perfect during the pandemic, and suit me and my condition.

No way would I ever recommend this quack! Listen up men, don't let your wife or girlfriend go alone. He has flirted and propositioned my wife and has been trying to text and call her repeadily until she finally blocked him. He's no Dr for real, he's a pervert with a license.

Dr Palmer himself is a great Dr easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable when speaking with him.His staff on the other hand is NOT!They are rude and tell lies ALOT!They make it very hard to speak with him or relay msg to him!His practice would be much better if he had new/more professional ppl working for him!I wouldn't recommend him for only that reason. They don't answer to any mental health meltdown or emergency nor will they try to get you in for emergencies.

i would never recommend this doctor to anyone. someone had a very nasty attitude. When you sit there and discharge a special needs child because the office was in the wrong and deny help for a hearing impaired child who has been struggling her whole life that whole office should be ashamed.very disappointed in this whole situation. maybe there is a doctor out there who cares about helping my daughter.

An appointment made 5 weeks in advance was suddenly changed without notifying me. During the entire office visit, there was poor communication from all the staff involved: no one said where to go, where to wait, how long I'd be waiting, who I'd be talking to. I was charged for a 45 minute initial visit. A lady took 5 minutes gathering exact info I'd already given on the online checkin prior to appt. Dr didn't learn anything about me, rather spent 20 minutes ordering my meds. Waste of time/money!
