My visit was very good-the office staff were very professional. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and didn’t rush.

I get disgusted reading about the whining from other customers. I had a blood clot in my lungs and didn't know it. I left his office before he had time to read the x-rays thinking I had pneumonia. When he discovered the blood clot he called the house (or Mona did) and I was not at home at the time. They sent the police to my house and this time I was home. Told me to get the hospital asap which I did. Was in the hospital 5 days until the blood clot was disolved. So put your feet in my shoes, you might be the next one that need their assistance.c

They are under investigation right now for double charging patients and insurance don’t make the mistake of going here

They are money hungry.... they will bill insurance for everything even if you dont need it but when you need something not covered you must pay upfront. They do not listen you wait for an hour or more .. .dont do it

Dr. Royder was my doctor for about 5 years and I had nothing but great experiences with him, in fact, he saved my life twice by his quick thinking and fast actions. People may not like his friendly ways and he is talkative nature, but he is an exceptional doctor. In this day of production line medicine he is a welcome exception in my opinion! Clayton Royder is an action based doctor and when somerhing needs to be done he takes it seriously and makes sure it gets done without scheduling you out weeks or months. I highly reccomend Dr. Royder!

Talk about a RUDE, unprofessional, and down right disappointing front desk staff. The doctor needs to get his wife under control if he is going to have her working his front desk. If it weren't for the fact my my 88 year old grandmother loves Dr Royder we would not darken these doors again. His wife (their terrible receptionist) said we were required to wear a mask unless vaccinated, (which isn't what the sign in the door said) to which I am. She said I would need my card, so I pulled it out to show her, and then she said it didn't matter that I needed a mask ALL WHILE SHE WASN'T WEARING A MASK. What a joke.
