He has been caring for my dad on hospice now for the past few months and he has never spoke to me about my dads illness, even though I’m my dad’s caretaker, and he had my dad transferred into a home on hospice and 3 days later he miraculously gives him permission to leave and be off hospice and sends my mentally ill father home and though he can walk and physically get around, his mind is going and almost gone. He is not safe to be on his own. I just don’t like the fact that he didn’t even have the decency to speak with me about any of this and when I called to talk with him, I was blocked by his office manager Beth and told she would answer my questions and that it wasn’t necessary for me to speak with the dr. I don’t know, call me old fashioned or decent but I feel very disrespected and feel like he has put my father in a dangerous position and not made proper professional choices for him! Unfortunately when the hospice agency was chosen, (St. CROIX) it did not give a choice of dr.

I personally am not a patient of Dr. Hoberman, my mother is. Dr Hoberman is wonderful. He askes questions and listens attentively to the answers provided. He answers the questions you ask and he doesn't rush through appointments so you feel like a valued patient. The nurses in his office are also wonderful, patient, understanding and very helpful.
