Dr. Elswick took a brain tumor off my wife's brain Feb 12, 2024. I'm a refrigeration tech by trade but explained where I could understand. Very good bed side manors. Highly recommend. He went above and beyond duty. He is a credit to the medical field.

Highly Recommend
Dr Elswick performed C4-T1 surgery, due to extreme pain in neck, shoulders, down right arm, & numbness in left foot. All pain has gone away, even the numbness, and it has been less than 3 months since the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Elswick, as he is a remarkable surgeon, along with having a fantastic bedside manner. His complete office staff is always friendly, whether making an appointment, or making you feel comfortable during the office visits.

Exceptional care provider
Dr. Elswick is incredible. It is difficult to figure out who to trust with your spine surgery, but Dr. Elswick is one person my family and I would always trust. He goes above and in every area - from patient care, to a thorough and accurate assessment, to excellent operational and follow up skills. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ethical and compassionate spine care
Good evening! My mother had a visit with Dr. Elswick last year, 2021. Mother is elderly and was referred to Dr. Elswick from Dr. Heitkamp’s office due to Dr. Heitkamp had retired & I also apologize for the delay in this review. Thank you Dr. Elswick for a thorough and pleasant comprehensive appointment for mother. We were so grateful for your compassion and ability to educate us on mother’s options in addressing her years of back conditions and pain. Vickie and staff were proficient and also attentive of mother’s needs. Dr. Elswick your knowledge, patience, and also the time you spent reviewing mother’s imaging at this appointment left us no room for doubt as to who we would turn to for a more aggressive approach of surgery if and when needed. Thanks a million for raising the bar and offering exceptional spine and medical care.

Dr Elswick is a wonderful doctor. I met him when I was a hospital patient after suffering a ruptured brain aneurism and sub arachnoid hemorrhage. He did not perform the surgery for that repair but was my physician for other neurological issues following. He cares about his patients. He takes time to answer questions. He is thorough, well educated and has a kind bedside manner. I’m so thankful for him. He improved my life. His staff is great too.

Had my first visit today. His staff, Vickie and Dianne, were awesome (and trust me, I will leave a doctor due to bad staff)! While I won't need to have surgery (yay!!!), I appreciated Dr. Elswick's expert opinion, honesty, candor, kindness, and empathy. The waiting area, exam rooms, etc., were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Clay Elswick to anyone in need of a good neurosurgeon.

Dr. Elswick is the best Neurosurgeon that we have seen! Without a doubt, he cares for his patients and seeks their well being. Dr. Elswick recommended an excellent surgeon to remove a mass from my husband's spine. After flying to San Francisco, CA recently to complete the surgery, Dr. Elswick followed up with us to make sure everything was going well. He not only patiently listened and advised my husband on his symptoms, but he also reassured him that he is making progress. I highly recommend Dr. Elswick due to his great customer service, sense of humor, and dedication to his patients!

Dr. Elswick helped perform ACDF surgery 2 weeks ago. I first met Dr. Elswick right before entering the O.R. He listened and answered every single question I had and then some. He was patient, thorough and kind. Before leaving the hospital at 7:30pm he stopped by. He spent 45 minutes getting to know me and my conditions, explaining how the surgery went and answering more questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better fellow to assist alongside Dr. Park! 10/10
