Dr. Dawson thoroughly impressed me
My initial visit with Dr. Dawson couldn’t have been more pleasant. He asked questions, listened to the answers, asked more questions, listened to more answers, and then provided me with answers, referrals, and got tests going. I’ve not had a results oriented Dr. in a long time and I’m throughly impressed. Kind, caring, empathetic, listens, and wants results - love it!! The only negative was that one of the ladies at the desk could use some training in how to speak to clients professionally; especially when there’s a full lobby. I was embarrassed for the grown man being talked to like that, especially since it was a financial matter. But Dr. Dawson - I highly recommend

I would recommend Dr. Dawson to everyone I know, he is very considerate and understanding. He listens to what you have to say and talks to you in layman terms. He’s the best doctor I have had compared to my previous PCP. I am very happy with his service to me and my family and yes I do recommend him to my friends and strangers who ask me if I know a good doctor.

I feel very lucky to have Dr Dawson as my primary care physician. He is beyond thorough and truly has his patients best interest at heart. Dr Dawson cares about each and everyone of his patients. Very good at diagnosing conditions and then treating them. Dr Dawson has outstanding bedside manners and always goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Another trait I appreciate is how forthright he is with his patients.

What part of health and wellness do the nurses at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians not understand? Worst visit I’ve ever had. After ten years of going somewhere the way I was spoken to and treated was ridiculous. Crystal, Amanda, and whatever that other lady’s name is can get off their high horse and actually help people in pain instead of straight up BULLYING THEM until they boil over. 0/10 would not recommend. Would recommend the doctor if his nurses didn’t misrepresent him so much. You are th

Dr. Dawson is the best Doctor I've ever had. He is compassionate, caring, always makes sure you understand medical diagnoses and terms as it pertains to your health condition/conditions. He have never made me feel that any questions I asked was senseless. I wished I had known him years ago when I was searching for a doctor, however that wouldn't happen because I am older then him and have travel 30 years with my husband doing his military career.

Dr Dawson has been my family Dr for 9 years and I would recommend him to anyone with medical issues that fall under his expertise. Dr Dawson has an excellent dr/patient repoir. His bedside manner is like non other that I've seen... The staff there at his office treats you like they have known you forever or like you are family. Like I said I totally recommend Dr Dawson for any of your medical needs.

I have seen Dr. D for over 12 years, through 3 practices, I think he's great. He listens to you instead of talking at you with a preconceived notion of what's wrong before hand. I have recommended him to many friends and coworkers. Now he has so many patients I have to wait to get in. ;)
