He is outstanding one of best I have ever had.

I had a horrible experience in the OR with Dr. Perez. I was begging him to stop what he was doing to me, but he would not listen. He was slapping my arm and jamming a catheter way up into my shoulder. It was extremely painful and I will never let a doctor do anything like that to me again. I’m very lucky my fistula still works. I received treatment from a vascular surgeon is why my fistula still works.

The doctor was not in the building when I arrived on time for my appointment, according to his nurse. I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes before he came in. He did not physically examine me but then sent me After Visit Notes on MyChart saying that he did a long list of things during a physical exam. He conversed with me about my lab results but never examined any part of me. He did not apologize for being late. This was my first appointment with him. I will not be seeing him again.

Dr. Perez-Ledezma goes beyond the normal office visit. When any treatment is suggested from other doctor’s Dr Perez-Ledezma is on speed dial and he knows his patients well to say yes or no to that treatment. His bed side manner is very professional and he takes the time he needs to make sure his patients understand and comfortable with their visit. His office personnel is also very friendly and professional. Dr Perez-Ledezma is very thorough in his care and keeps his promises. Thank you for caring for my Mama, Crystal.

Rude, unconcerned with patient wait times. We waited over 3 hours for an appointment. Was short and dismissive with my mom.
