Quality of Care
Dr. SHeehan performed surgery on me on 2/17/23 that I really neede. The procedure went well but due to no fault of the doctor hours later I was involved in a terrible car accident that caused me back and pain in the leg that was operated on. I got no good care after that. I was doing goog for awhile but recently i have beeen having swelling and pain . I've been just dealing with it but recently I experienced severe pain and swellin in my leg again on Monday I called the office for a check-up and was told a nurse would call me back with 24-48hrs and I couldnt get an appt. until October and I couldnt see another doctor because I see her so basically my life and health is supposed to taken care around there clock.Today is 8/28/23 and I have yet to hear from her office. As a black woman, Im not suprised that receiving the best health care will not happen but to tell someone

Have waited over two hours for last two office visits. Have to remind her about past procedures and visits. Seems rushed and overworked or else just doesn't respect clients time. Surgical procedure wait over four hours and waiting .....
