complete waste of time
This provider dismissed all of my concerns, made comments about my body that were not relevant to my health care, and did not address any of my concerns. Dr. Osterymeyer's notes did not make sense and the providers I saw after were concerned she did not note the symptoms I was presenting with that they all did. This is not my PCP but the only one that was available for this urgent situation. I am not surprised she was the only one with openings. Condescending and incoherent. No labs were ordered or after care suggestions.

I had a phone appt with her after trying to get answers from two other doctors. She was so sweet, helpful, informative, and caring. She took time to thoroughly explain all my questions and provided much clearer information that the other two Kaiser doctors I had talked to previously. When I got upset about the diagnoses, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She is sex positive and empowering. Would highly recommend her!

Worst experience I have ever had with a physician. I had never seen her before and she had visits open all day....that should of been my first cause for pause. Halfway through the visit she asked "have you always been this FAT" I was so shocked I started crying. Her approach to my concerns were patronizing while she continued to look at her watch. If there were a way to give her minus 10 stars I would. Lab techs were empathetic and xray tech a gem. Bless you and thank you for understanding
