Worst Experience and Needs to be Reported
Dr. Arumala should not be practicing medicine, especially in family medicine. She is impatient, confrontational, and dismissive—just look at the prior reviews! How is she still allowed to see patients?I visited her office today for a medical concern, expecting professional care. From the moment she walked in, her demeanor was angry and overwhelming. She ignored my greeting and made no effort to establish rapport. Without a proper evaluation, she rushed to prescribe medication. When I asked what it was and what she thought I had, she snapped, “Oh, you don’t trust me? Are you questioning me?” I calmly explained I just wanted to understand my treatment, and she responded, “You wouldn’t even be able to figure out or pronounce the medicine—why don’t you go find another doctor.”I was shocked. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. No patient should be treated this way.

I tried to discuss a new diagnosis to get medication instead of having to go through a psychiatrist and the issue was dismissed and she instead forced me to run in the halls and said that it fixed my issue

Amazing
Dr. Arumala always addresses the needs of my health. She has helped me mentally prepare for the life changes such as losing weight and regaining a healthier diet. She has been honest about my health and mental wellness over all and in that has helped me lose over 25 pounds with instructions on becoming healthier.

Poor care
We received notification that the doctor reviewed her July labs in December. She left the patient without proper diabetes medication for over a month. At the appointment, she was overwhelmed with the patients history and complained she couldn’t type all of it into the electronic health record because she wasn’t a fast typer. She gave me her laptop and I entered all the information using her log in.

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had
Dr. Arumala was horrible to me. I was upset due to pain and she rushed me which made me more upset (blood pressure measured at 117/119) and the said I was embarrassing and became confrontational and said once again how embarrassed she was and just stared at me so with that I got up and left. Unbelievable and she should not be dealing with humans. I do not recommend her. She is terrible!!

Incompetent, rude, should not be practicing medicine. I was asked invasive questions and discriminated against. Spoke with the office director about my awful experience, allegedly Dr. Arumala has a lot of complaints against her.

Great visit. Dr Arimala very patient as I have a severe speech impediment and she took time to listen. I didn’t think I’d be able to find another primary doctor like the one I had for over 20 years but I did. I felt like I was her only patient.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the care I received here. Dr. Arumala is rude and dismissive, and ignores the concerns of her patients. I found her care lacking and bordering incompetent. Despite having access to my charts and medical history, she prescribed medications to me that were in conflict with my history and medications I was already taking. I raised concerns about my ongoing panic disorder, and she refused to refill my medication, and dispassionately told me to "go to a doctor" if I
