Disappointed
Expect long wait times for appointments, on our two app we waited 33 min and 54 minutes. Poor / Breakdown in communication from the Dr's clinic, we were required to only leave messages with a main number only to be told it may take a day or two for a response. If that response went into my voice mail - we were required to make another call into the main number to leave another message. Sometimes we didn't receive a call from the Dr. office - only to have to call the main number again. It is NOT possible to have a conversation with the Dr. We can only ask questions - if we have a follow up question, we would be required to start the process all over again, calling the main number.
