I thought Dr. Chan was thorough and thoughtful in her exam. She explained things clearly, and she listened closely to my explanations. I felt I was in very good hands. I appreciated her suggesting a new treatment for one of my medical problems, and saying she would take the first step to pursue that.

Dr. Chan is a wonderful provider! I especially appreciate how she is totally "present" at every appointment, carefully listening to what I have to say and fully responding to all my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I hadn't made an office visit to see Dr. Chan for many years due to Covid-19, etc. But, she was as friendly, patient, understanding, and supportive as I remembered. I'm so happy she agreed to take me back as a patient (after many years of not seeing her). I will happily continue to be her patient forever!

I have been seeing this provider for a number of years. She Is consistently attentive to my medical needs. When I have a question or concern, I send a message using MyChart and she or someone from her team always gets back to me that same day. I feel fortunate and very confident I am getting the best care possible.
