Dr. C. Yang is outstanding, efficient, thoughtful & very kind!!!

I really appreciate Dr. Yang's attentiveness and genuine care about my health. She takes the time to listen to my innumerable questions and comments; and is patient with my health tangents. I like that I have a better understanding of the process after a visit.

Dr. Yang was such a great doctor. She described everything very clearly and was very understanding and patient and really listened. I really appreciated her. I thought she had such good bedside manner and I feel lucky that I got to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Cindy Yang is compassionate, proactive, and incredibly easy to talk to. I had an odd lump in my neck that had been there for upwards of a year. Other providers had a 'watch and wait' approach, but Dr. Yang immediately suggested an ultrasound, which she happily ordered for me. Also, recent labs showed I was low on B-12, so she ordered monthly B-12 shots for me, even asking if I wanted a B-12 shot that day to save me another trip to the UCI Laguna Hills campus. Dr. Yang is young, sharp, and empathetic, and she has your back.

I loved Dr Yang, she listened and understood my issues and provided solutions. She is great.

It was the first time visit, so we are not sure about additional appt. At is time. She help with meds.

I felt that she was not knowledgeable about bronchiestisis. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. My regular pulminary doctors were not available for a few weeks, so I had to go in to see her. I do understand she is new and we need more doctors. That is part of the problem. You cat get your doctor for emergency illness. You are lucky to get an appointment 2 weeks That doesn't help if you have a high fevers and pain. That is the real problem- ease of access. That is the answer.

I am grateful for Dr. Yang's knowledge and expertise. Her demeanor facilitated my entry into the health care system when I wasn't always so comfortable with that. Dr Yang immediately drew me in as a "team" member, simplifying the process of organizing an approach to my self care which has sadly lacking in my first 62 years. The organization of the office, appointment process, lab services, payment options, removed a lot of the obstacles to start this project rolling. I'm thankful for Dr. Yang and am looking forward to her care for a long time.

Dr. Yang was amazing. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful and obviously genuine in her care and sentiment. I have never had a Dr. appointment where a Dr. was so personable. I am very excited to have her as my primary care physician moving forward. The one critique I have, which has nothing to do with Dr. Yang, is that I scheduled an appointment for my annual woman's wellness exam. When I got there they notified me that since this was my first visit, I had to have an introduction visit and then my next visit would be for what I scheduled. This is fine, but that should have been explained during the scheduling process so I could have planned and prepared accordingly.

Was not impressed w staff the time they said I was late (it was on Day it was pouring down rain & we were caught in traffic & even called to tell them we were coming!) Staff said they checked w Dr but when I saw my Dr a couple days later, Dr said she wasn't even asked nor consulted!! Am very impressed w Dr Cindy Yang & her medical assistance has been great. She is a very knowledgeable Dr & willing to listen & learn, not dismissive nor distant. I am developing trust in her & am happy to be assigned to her!

The dr office building is really neat ,clean environment. I'm thrilled they provide VRI (Video relay interpreter) to communicate with dr. I , myself, am deaf. They gave me my chart portal which helpful to me that I am able to leave msg to dr or schedule appt which is so much easier now. Even at front desk, one of the staff knows sign language when I came in and spell my name for appt with dr. They understood me. It made me relax, thank you

I have never been more please with every aspect of care and service, as I am with UCI Health. Thank you!
