Dr. Cindy Nakhla, MD

Dr. Nakhla was extremely short with me, and her demeanor felt very cold and judgemental. I did not feel heard, but definitely felt judged. She dismissed my cry for help, I’m heavily pregnant and my mental health is in shambles, as well as I let her know about the nature of my job and asked if I could be taken out of work a few weeks early. I was dismissed like a person on the sidewalk. Funny how everyone tells you to “ask your doctor/talk to your doctor” but literally when you do that, you get this. I’ve gotten more help, information and support by talking to the internet. Good riddance.

This doctor was the most Inconsiderate woman that doesn't belong in this type of field she makes you feel not important my daughter was due any day, this took place on a friday mind you she wasent my daughters doctor she just happen to meet her for the first to fill in for her original doctor that she usually would see she went in to get check and she was in so much pain swollen hands and feet, the doctor made her cry cause my daughter was expressing her self to her and didnt care to hear anything all she told her was if ur in pain go to the nearest hospital, and walked out as she continue to cry, my daughter went to another doctor monday, got a new appointment for that same wensday when the new doctor saw her they could not believe that her pervious visit that the doctor didnt do anything to help her my daughter was diagnose with PREECLAMPSIA WHICH IS IF untreated preeclampsia can progress to eclampsia, a life-threatening situation for both mother and fetus I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DO

This place deserves a 0 star rating do to their poor customer service(Doctors) and the fact the 1 out of 3 Doctor's are able to assist the proper way. Dr. Clayton is by far the lowest rated and followed by Dr. Nakhla with her rude way and very short personality, as she does not explain thing to you and want's to rush out of the room. The only Doctor that was professional and polite to answer any questions and treated us Good, was Dr. Shwank . The delivery process was the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Nakla WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE I WAS TALKING! She deemed the follow-up appointment I scheduled "unnecessary". I prefer to get my info from a Dr. rather than from the internet; call me crazy... The office staff is nice though.

Dr. Cindy Nakhla is very sweet and attentive. She always made sure she answered all my questions and if she didn't have the answer she'd find out for me. Love the doctor and the staff they're great!
