Dr. Cindy John, MD

I was referred to a cardiologist from my primary care provider and was randomly assigned Dr. John. And I am so glad I was. In my two visits to her so far, she has relieved my anxiety over health challenges, gained my trust, and has me on a clear, effective, and measurable plan to reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and strengthen my heart. What differentiates Dr. John from other doctors that I've seen? First, she is personable and disarming. After a few minutes of conversation, it felt super comfortable being there. Secondly, she is very thorough. I went to her for one issue, but she proactively dug deep into my family history and current meditations and provided a better path to treat issues I wasn't primarily there for. Lastly, she is very knowledgeable and patient. She explained each test recommendation and why it's necessary. She clearly and proactively clarified medical jargon on test results and tailored the message so I understood. Most amazing doc I've been to.

Very few physicians at present time would take their time to sit and listen to you like dr john did. I will be bringing all my family to her.

Dr. John and her office staff are horrible. I have tried to get back in to see her and have not received any return phone calls. Her staff made a mistake on my appointment time and they barely let me in to see her even though I had an appointment card written with the date and time to arrive. I got there at the right time and they were scrambling and telling me that I was wrong and did not have an appointment scheduled at that time. I told them I had the appointment card and showed it to them and they begrudgingly let me see her. I was rushed in my appointment by her and she was rude to me and rushed along. NO "bedside manner" whatsoever. There are plenty of other outstanding and KIND cardiologists in the area. Find one of them. DO NOT go to her.
