She is good and very busy. If she could just have/take five minutes to listen using open ended questions that would take it to next level. Being busy I can tell she must move in and out of each appt at a good clip to stay on pace.

Dr. Chen is so wonderful. Although it was my first visit with her, she realized from reading my medical history that the visit would freak me out. She reassured me right away, showing her deep concern for me. I really appreciated that.

It takes literally months to get an appt here. Never try to reschedule because it will be months before you can get another appt. I was on my way to my appt and called the office to confirm and they could not find me. They asked if they could call me back in just a few minutes after they'd had a chance to check the computer. No one ever called me back. I had cancelled two important meetings (I work full time) to make this appt. No one bothered to care about my time or my schedule. If there wasn't a shortage of specialists, I would never go back.
