From the moment I walked into the entry of the building, the admin person Bridget had the most beautiful, welcoming, smile, true courtesy, genuinely professional as I signed in. then I was greeted by Dr. Kazakis‘s nurse with a beautiful smile so pleasant it felt like I was the only one being taken care of. I enjoyed my pre-visit with the nurse. She was very knowledgeable asked questions and listen to me ta my concerns. as dr K came into the examination room she was so full of brightness, smiling very courteous, very professional, took care of all of my needs. Listen to me I couldn’t ask for a better doctor nor facility to take care of my medical needs St Joseph’s medical center is the greatest place in New England for healthcare.

I had to follow up after a visit to the ER and we went over those medical concerns carefully and thoroughly. Dr Kazakis Took her time and asked good questions. We came up with a plan together that made the most sense for my needs.Additionally, she took the time to listen when I had a couple of other things that I was concerned about that was not a planned part of the visit. She left me feeling reassured, and that I actually had a true partner in my healthcare. Which is not something I have had for years.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Almost cruel. Zero bedside manner, spent most of the visit outside the room complaining to her staff. Rushed through everything. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Incompetent doctor. Incompetent Office. Incompetent hospital system. I came in for new patient physical. Received an interview. Was charged for physical. My wife also went in for new patient physical. Somebody in office staff entered incorrect information dated 1980? Like my wife was a small child then! Office staff NO HELP in correcting this clerical error which is now causing us Insurance problems etc! Nobody seems to able to fix this error. Nobody cares. GO TO OTHER DOCTOR AND OTHER SYTEM. ST. Joseph is Trash.

I had a horrific experience, she was nice at first but then she turned. Suggested strongly that I change all my existing specialty doctors to St Joes doctors to 'make things easier' and gave me a card asking me to give her a review.

I'm an old fogey. Met a new doctor 'cuz old guy retired. WOW !! Have times changed. There's a blood test for everything. Doctor K had me do all of them. Quite thorough. Found something previously overlooked. Hooray! Explained what it all means. Even allowed me to object and share my opinion. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend her to any/all customers.

she is pompous, does not listen at all

She always took the time to discuss issues and options. Very kind, compassionate and caring. She is no longer with the practice where I met her but every once in a while I checkngoogle to try to figure out where she is practicing now…. I will change practices to have her as my dr again.

Although she was my PCP for such a short time I found her to be thorough, interested,and caring.
