Rude doctor. Waste of time and money
I got there and actually saw the doctor an hour after my scheduled appointment time. She was rude and arrogant. She has a terrible bedside manner. She was quick to take out a needle, but never explained the diagnosis or plan of treatment. Then proceeded to send me a bill for $500 even though I was rushed through a ten minute appointment.

Rushed Appointments, Awful Communication
Everybody that works with Dr. Steele is friendly enough (including her), but the place did not seem to be taking me seriously. There were multiple times when appointments were made without any real reason, then when I would show up, the doctor (or PA) would literally ask "I'm not sure why you're here today - what's up?". Additionally, there was one time where my appointment was cancelled days before, but they didn't contact me and only told me when I arrived at the office. Worst of all, I was having a serious medical problem and reached out to them for immediate assistance/guidance. I left three voice messages, text messages, emails, and it took them four days to acknowledge that I contacted them. They said they would call me right away so we could talk things over, then never contacted me. In terms of medical diagnosis, I feel like Dr. Steele's office is more catered toward cosmetic skin care, and I don't think I was given a very thorough diagnosis for my medical condition.

Going to Dr. Steele did not feel like going to a real doctor. It felt more like a salon. While the front office was fairly friendly, the nurse and Dr. Steele were cold. I am fine with that but she was definitely not thorough and rushed through the appointment. She clearly did not read my medical history and was very eager to start treatment without doing the appropriate examination. In addition, I was charged more than any specialist I have been to. A complete waste of time and money.

Dr. Steele is amazing. She is an expert at her craft. When I went in, I immediately felt comfortable. Her staff was helpful and I felt like she wanted to help me. She sat with me, discussed my condition, examined me and came up with a plan. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t like going into a doctors office, it was like confiding in a friend. I recommend all my friends! She has helped us usher in our 40s well!

Visited the practice for a wart on the bottom of my foot. After being scammed by this office, it is going to cost me almost $500 to have this removed. Reason being, they think that for two minutes of her time I should pay them $168.45. INSANE. All she did was freeze the wart. And by that, in their opinion, is worth that much money. If I had known beforehand that she was a con-artist with her rates, I would have went else where. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like being over charged!

My husband will be scheduling an appointment with her tomorrow based on the experience that I shared with him from my own visit. The office was beautifully decorated and Debbie at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. Once we (my daughter and I) got in the back, we were greeted by the nurse who was also very calming and polite to my daughter and to myself. When Dr. Steele came in she was very cheerful and came across to me as very knowledgeable. We will definitely return!
