Dr Mok has been my PCP for years. Still knowledgeable and receptive to my conditions during visits.

Bull service. Average wait time even WITH AN APPOINTMENT is approximately 1 hour. Called the office because they called saying last week that they made an appointment for me on January 18 at the Loyola University Medical Center without 1. telling me who/what department and doctor they made the appointment with. 2. if the referred provider accepted my insurance. I called to check everything because I had no idea. The doctor tells me it's been ages since seeing me. Gets angry. Hangs up on me.
