Dr Chen is such a compassionate caring Doctor and always takes his time to answer all questions and explains things very well. Today I had a cervical epidural steroid injection (CESI), and Dr Chen talked me through it and ensured I was completely comfortable throughout - I can honestly say the procedure was so easy and I stressed for nothing. I will know in a few days if it helps alleviate my nerve pain, but so far so good and I am so glad I did the procedure.

Dr. Chen is top notch in the "medical field of pain management"..... in 2017, Dr. Chen gave me an injection in my lower back, and I was "pain free" for nearly 5 years. Early this year, my pain came back, very sharp and debilitating to me. Dr. Chen examined me thoroughly as he did previously and I received my second shot 2 weeks ago and I am pain free again zero pain on a 10 point scale. Great caring, purposeful to get it right every time, and medically among the best doctors I have ever gone to in 78 years!

Very glad it was recommended I go to dr Chen he explained everything well and made sure I understood what he was explaining and showed me. Wish he was recommended to me sooner by my neurologist and maybe I would not be in so much pain now. I hope the ESI I’m getting in a week will make me feel better.

It was Dr Chen to my rescue. No other doctor was able to help with my pain. Dr. Chen explained in detail my spinal fractures and how and what he was going to do to alleviate the pain. It’s been 6 months and my improvement has been profound. He is truly gifted. His office staff is first class in helping to process all the paperwork.

Dr Chen is professionally caring and interested in your lifestyle so that you have as much comfort as possible. He is accommodating to your needs and makes sure your medications get to your pharmacy. His administrative staff are excellent. They are personable, thorough and fanatic with scheduling appointments, taking care of insurance issues. Dr Chen and staff is patient first. I had a family emergency and Dt Chen/staff change my in office appointment to a telemedicine visit. So for giving great pain management and responding to side effects of medication, this is the best practice.
