Unprofessional and Uncaring
While experiencing intense bleeding and bloating, I went to the emergency room and was advised to consult with a gastroenterologist immediately. I subsequently made an appointment with Dr. Dibble as a new patient. After waiting over one month for an 'emergency appointment' with Dr. Dibble, her office staff called me to cancel my appointment three days before it was scheduled. Without providing a clear reason, they informed me that I could not make another appointment and that Dr. Dibble would not see me. I was still bleeding intensely and experiencing other symptoms requiring immediate attention. I asked the receptionist to have Dr. Dibble call me, as she and I share a mutual friend who is a medical doctor. Of course, she did not bother to call me and left me totally in the lurch. I have never met this doctor but, based upon the dismay I felt when she abruptly dropped me, I do not ever want to meet her and do not recommend her to others. She is obviously unprofessional and uncaring.

I just spoke to Michelle in Dr. Dibble's office to make an appointment with Dr. Dibble. Michelle was very professional, pleasant, took notes, and advised me that I will be receiving a phone call today to discuss my needs. This rates a five star review in anyone's book!!

For routine checkups Dr. Dibble is fine, but if you have a medical problem solved I would go else where. After appendix survey, I had major digestive problems. I could barely eat or drink. I don't feel that she took my situation serious enough because she reluctantly ordered the H-Pylori tests that my nutritionist had recommended and the results was positive. Also I think that her is doing too much at once and therefore don't have time to address patient's medical situations thoroughly.

Dr. Dibble is a fine doctor but her office staff is AWFUL. They are rude and condescending. They have no compassion and have so many rules that you can't get an appointment. Dr. Dibble should get a good staff who understand that they are supposed to be HELPING PEOPLE not making life miserable for patients. UGH, THEY ARE THE WORST.

Kept calling the office to report that I had diarrhea and that I was also bleeding. This went on for three weeks but I was never advised to come into the office. Finally, I checked myself into the hospital. By this time, I had lost 12 pounds and was going to the bathroom every 10 minutes. In the hospital the staff could not believe that I had not been seen by my doctor! In the hospital it was discovered that I had C-Dif and acute ulcerated colitis. I will have colitis for life.
