The doctor used to be good, but he works at a horrible practice! Automated phone system tells you to go onto your my atrium account to request refills since "they are SO swamped due to Covid". So, I do so and they DO NOT refill all of my father's prescriptions; more specifically ALL of the Narcotics are conveniently left out and ARE NOT filled more often than not!! He has had to go for six, sometimes up-to ten FULL Days without his very important, lifesaving medications in the past as well! I can NEVER get anybody on the phone to discuss this matter, and the phone system no longer supports call backs when they are available, or that feature is possibly "broken" and they do not want to bother with fixing it. Sometimes you get an automated error message that keeps repeating: the office is not able to answer due to complications with our system. This doctor has became a real problem over the past year so we will be be going to Novant; which will be an inconvenience, but so worth our time!

Dr. Vieau is an exceptional physician. He is thorough, takes the time to talk to or respond to any questions or concerns promptly. His staff is friendly, caring and professional. This Family practice provides the care that we need and goes above and beyond the expectation.
