Dr. Swales is incredibly wonderful in every way, he is highly intelligent, his skills seem to have no limit, he is so informative, kind, thorough and I fully trust him. I'm always sad when he is unavailable because I know I am getting the best care available with him at the helm. Never experienced a doctor quite like him. Definitely A much different experience than we have had over the years.Quite amazing

Great Family doctor
My daughters and I switched to Swales after my youngest saw him 1st. He always listens, takes the time to make sure the meds he prescribes are correct, and he is one of the few who still prescribes pain meds when truly needed. I have had to cancel a lot of appts the day of because my mom kept having to go to the ER many times in the last year. He is always understanding. He also is LGBTQ friendly. Truly the best of the best at Woodland Healthcare.

Dr Swales did not recognize the derm issue. Took a picture and sent it to Dr Carroll who readily identified. I hadn't driven off yet, Dr Swales came out to the parking lot to let me know what was going on, the treatment and would call in a prescription for me to pick up.
