Comp doctor - look elsewhere
Very dismissive, did not take the time to evaluate what the physical therapists were saying. Does not to a good job at all at diagnosing. Why are comp doctors so bad??

Workman comp referral not mine!
Terrible he couldn’t even tell me what was my shoulder problem that is waking me up with pain every night if I sleep on that side. This is why HSS is number one in the world and why everyone goes there. There’s a reason why he’s just another workman compensation doctor. There’s nothing to be done you have to deal with it that is his response to me. Great job! On top of that no personality didn’t even shake hands, such great manners.

Went for exam of left shoulder comp insurance sent me after another comp spine surgeon suggested exam.He was shown pics of me on my Facebook holding fish and determined from those pics that we're pre injury an pre Seaview as a patient that I was healed and can go back to work full duty and no restrictions? He assumed that these pics were current yes current reposts.i have been in severe pain for over a year now since cervical surgery and 5 other surgeons who examined me agree that I need revision surgery as the CT scans mylogram,and MRIs all show the only one that can't see it is the seaview surgeon an hence why Dr Spagnolla treated me like a lying patient and was very sarcastic and lied about the exam he did. It's a shame he felt the need to discredit me.Beware!!

I think he is a wonderful doctor and surgeon! And yes I have referred him and your practice to my friends and family. My only complaint is when and if the doctors are rounding a little behind to please have their staff notify us of the wait time then give us the option to continue to wait or reschedule. Thank you

My mom is 105. She cannot wait for long periods of time in a waiting room. We were in and out quickly. Mom loves Dr Spagnuola. He also operated on my son when he severely injured his knee. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank Dr. Spagnuola!

Hands down Chris Spagnola is the best orthopedic surgeon in the area would not trust anybody else, and that trickles down to the front office and to physical therapy everybody is top-notch I wouldn't go anywhere else

My recent shoulder surgery with Dr Spagnuola of Seaview Orthopedics was so much better than I expected. I was so apprehensive about having shoulder surgery to begin with but from the very first visit at Seaview Orthopedics I knew I was in the best hands around. The surgical assistants pre-surgery were absolutely wonderful and helped ease all of my anxiety and were there for me right after with the best bedside manner. I chose Dr Spagnuola out of three other surgeons because he is a shoulder specialist, but more importantly, he was kind and gentle and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the resolution. I would highly recommend Seaview Orthopedics for anyone who is in need of Orthopedic care.

My son is receiving ongoing care from Dr. Spagnuola. He is the most kind and caring doctor. He listens and he can really communicate with young athletes. I highly recommend him for the entire family.

The office runs smoothly-Little to no wait time. Dr. Spagnuola takes time to diagnose your condition and discuss the course of action. He has wonderful bedside manner and is extremely thorough.
