We reviewed my MRI he was able to indicate exactly why I was having my issues. He was also able to identify how to correct my issues that made me feel very confident the issue could be resolved.

Dr. Siodlarz is very thorough and explains everything clearly. He doesn’t rush you and is usually on time with appointments. The office staff is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend him. He has helped immensely with my ongoing herniated disk problems in my neck and back.

Dr Siodlarz was personable and professional. He listened to my concerns and discussed various treatments. He always took the time to fully answer my questions. His nurse was exceptional and made me feel comfortable. Everyone at Fox Valley orthopedic was wonderful and strived to alleviate my pain.

Dr Siodlarz has a friendly, calming, yet professional demeanor. He explains his treatment method of choice clearly and concisely. I felt comfortable with his explanation and reassured that the treatment could help take away the pain. So many physicians had recognized the source of my pain, the SI joint, but had told me they had no possible treatment for it.

Dr. Siodlarz and his staff are consummate professionals - kind, respectful, knowledgeable. I have had two radio frequency ablation procedures and without a doubt they worked and kept me pain free for about one year - amazing. The surgi-center is also superlative with caring nurses, anesthesiologists and including support staff. If I could have given 6 stars- I would have!

Dr. Siodlarz and his staff, including secretary and nurse, listen to you and treat you with respect. It does not take too long to get in, and Fox Valley Orthopedics has convenient locations for office visits and medical procedures. I wish I had found Dr. Siodlarz months earlier to help me with my backpain.

Dr. Siodlarz was able to diagnose what went wrong with my first knee replacement and bring me relief. He then helped me avoid a repeat when I had the other knee done. When I was having some minor symptoms, he agreed to see me again. He’s made a huge difference in my recovery.

I had been having left elbow pain that would shoot down to my hand and cause my small finger to go numb for months now. Everyone I saw thought it was tennis elbow. I saw Dr. Siodlarz for the first time last week. He ordered an EMG and I found out I had nerve damage causing my issues. I've been doing therapy for 3 days now and the pain is no where near as bad as it was.
