Incredible!
Dr. Peterson and his staff are incredible. They are the epitome of professionalism. They are also cheerful, amiable, and encouraging. I have enjoyed each of my visits and have received quality care and helpful guidance. I would rate them 5 stars plus!!

Terrible attitude, god complex.
He doesn’t listen and will argue with you about treatments. You can’t get a word in! He is incredibly rude and was rude to my daughter too. His nurses are kind but it seems like I never see the same nurse more than once. His office seems to have a high turn over rate.

HORRIBLE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING....Called the day before to confirm the appointment at 11:45am. My daughter asked about the payment during this call and was told she only had to pay the copay at this appointment. She show up on time and was told her appointment was at 11am so they reschedule it for another time. But they could not tell her who called to confirm with the wrong appointment time. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD AT LEAST DOCUMENT YOUR CALLS!!! SIGNED ANGRY MOTHER!!

Great doc - helped my Dad (90+) get his moles analyzed while keeping my dad occupied talking sports. Excellent bedside manner and very educated and cautious about skin.

45 min past appointment time they called us back. Not acceptable. One assistant here has a good personality, the rest are severely lacking personalities. This is our 3rd or 4th visit here. Wouldn’t recommend.

The office has a very sterile, non- friendly off white look. No art, no color. All the nurses and technicians are dressed in some sort of butcher apron. Kinda freaky. Peterson has no people skills. None.

THIS DOCTOR LOOKS AT YOUR SKIN FROM A DISTANCE THAT COULD NOT EVEN SEE A THING. UNLESS HE IS AN X MEN WITH A VISUAL GIFT. I WENT TO CONSULT ABOUT SKIN MARKS IN MY FACE AND HE LOOKED FROM WHERE HE WAS STANDING ALL THE TIME....AT LEAST 13 FEET APART. HE SAW HEAVY ACNE AND INFECTION, TO WHICH HE RECOMMENDED A CREAM AND SHAMPOO!!! (ACNE WAS IN NECK AND CHEEKS)....NOT A DOCTOR TO RECOMMEND.

I waited for 50 mins before deciding to leave. It's unacceptable to make a patient wait that long. On top of that, when I told the receptionist I was leaving because I would not wait almost an hour to see a doctor, she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule. NOPE. Thanks for wasting my time.

Wonderful experience. He removed basal cell carcinoma from forehead. Two months later you can't even see scar where Mohrs surgery was and I don't need to wear makeup. No one can tell where I had this done. I was afraid I would have a scar and have to cover with makeup for life. Highly recommend.

I like Dr. Peterson because he and his staff seem very interested in helping and making patients comfortable. The waiting room is nice and even has free coffee! The office seems older but, to me, that means the medical care is more important than a fancy office with a wall fountain! If you want only cosmetic treatment he might not be your man. He's best for if you have REAL skin issues(melanoma) and he'll see you quickly. (I'm sure he is excellent with cosmetics too!)
