Good doctor but a money making clinic
I went for a lip biopsy and Dr. Perry did a wonderful job. But that being said, he talked me into a comprehensive hearing test. According to them I was to pay 80 dollars in copays. I asked why so much, they said that is what my insurance charges. So being trusting, I went for the hearing test, and then after the test I find out that my insurance covers one comprehensive test a year with no copays. But this place feels that they are entitled to $80.00 copays anyway. I wonder how many older people they are raking over the coals and getting copays they are not entitled too. I have reported them to Anthem and let them know these people are in my network and are cheating their customers. I would never send anyone I know to this place. They seem to be money makers. Also, I don't need hearing aids at this time. One side note, when they sent my lip biopsy to the lab, the lab tested for the wrong thing, they blame the lab, but was it this place that coded it wrong? Quess we will never know.

Worse than worthless
If you want to be treated with absolutely no respect, if you want to go through unnecessary tests, and start to get well only to be cut off and sent on your way then this is the place for you. If you actually want to get well stay away from these hacks. In fact, stay away from Toledo clinic in general. I will never set foot in that place again and know several other people who feel the same way.

Healed my issue!
I have suffered from nosebleeds ever since I was young. The last one resulted in a trip to the hospital. It would not stop bleeding so they packed my nose and referred me to Dr. Perry. He cauterized it and I have not had a nosebleed since. That was about 5 years ago. I am forever grateful to him and want to thank him by posting this review.

He doesn't care. Not professional
Find a true professional!! Stay away from Dr Perry. He told me what I need is a massage. Is he really a professional doctor? The only good thing I have to say is the audiologist did a great job. Dr Perry told me the opposite of what she said. I don't think he knows what he is talking about.

do not trust this doctor!
after 6 months of pointless tests and a horrifying and extremely painful myringotomy that i received with no anesthetic, i had no improvement. it takes 1-2 months to get an appointment. Dr. Perry told me my heating issues “weren’t a big deal” and i am just sensitive. he literally told me that i just need to take anxiety pills when there is “nothing they can do”. Dr. Perry is an extremely arrogant Dr. who will dismiss you and is only there for a paycheck.

Recent first visit found staff extremely accommodating and professional. Dr. Perry reviewed findings thoroughly. The four star review reflects excessive wait time. I would recommend Dr. Perry.

No more nosebleeds!
Dr. Perry was very cordial and professional, as was his staff. He was able to cauterize my son’s nose and end years of nosebleeds.

I had a procedure done by Dr Perry. I was not told the possible risks and complications. Two days after the surgery I am dizzy, nauseated, and in extreme pain. I was told to go to the emergency room. I’m a retired RN. They did not question me about a possible infection. Take the time to do your job. Dr. Perry’s attitude has leached into the staff. The medical assistant told me to have a wonderful day! I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Perry saw me the same week he received my referral which was great; there was a cancellation so I was lucky. I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed and Dr. Perry discussed each one in depth and gave me his undivided attention. My medical diagnosis is somewhat unusual and not well known, but Dr. Perry was updated and knew how my disease affected his scope of practice. I feel like I am in good hands Dr. Perry has my best interests at heart. I felt listened to and like I have options
