Terrible patient/customer service!
After waiting 2 hours to see Dr. Parrish, we learned that he doesn't test for allergies relating to the issue my child had. I tried to leave before he even came into the room, to avoid a visit charge, but he insisted on coming in. We left with no testing and very disappointed. We were still billed for the visit. I called his office numerous times and left messages. Was told his office manager would call me back and I never heard from anyone. And just received a letter and invoice from a collection agency. What a waste of time and money.

Hell, I didn't even get a phone call from him for my telephone appt. After being harassed by texts for the last three days by his staff wanting to know if I was available.

Dr. Parrish is AWESOME! He needs some front office workers who have more a sense of urgency when it comes to sending paper work to insurance companies to authorize medications. They take their time and do not care if u need your meds or not. They close for lunch until 2 pm but when u call at 2pm u still get the voice mail. This very unprofessional.

Dr. Chris is A #1 to me. He has treated me and my husband ever since he has been in town. I'm glad to see that he has returned to the area to practice. We trust his decisions, although we do not like that he no longer has hospital privileges at PCH. We go to him for our regular appointments, plus any emergencies or problems that arise such as falls or colds and flu. He treats them all. If he doesn't feel he can treat the problem, he refers us out to specialists. Great, great docor!

Dr. Parrish is a great Doctor for me. He cares for my health. He does not take long to see him almost waiting time less than 5 minutes after getting in office. Then when they call you it usually takes 5 minutes or less after you spend time with the nurses.
