After waiting for an hour and forty five minutes I finally saw the Dr. My appointment was at 2 and I finally saw the Dr. at 345.

Dr. Parks, got me up and moving again after a traumatic leg injury. Able to put weight on it immediately following surgery. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Promptness

Always on time. Explains things very well. Allows time for questions with follow up if needed. Staff is friendly.

Dr. Parks went over everything I needed and assured me his approach was the best option. My recovery has been smooth so far. Excellent experience!

Dr Parks did an excellent job repairing my femur fractures. He is a very good communicator and helped us understand the procedure in detail.

Nothing

Had a compound fracture of my right wrist. 5 months later my wrist and hand are functioning well and scarring is minimal. Treatment plan and follow up were excellent. Dr. Parks did an excellent job!

He was kind, took time to answer all my questions. He was willing to work with me if I had any concerns. I hope I never need an orthopedic surgeon again but if I did, I would go back to him.

Excellent care and pain management. Great follow up with home visits from nurse and occupational and physical therapists.

Dr. Parks treated me in the hospital when I fell and fractured my pelvis while I was a patient. He has cared for me for nearly a year. He is kind, caring and easy to talk to. His bedside manner is outstanding. I am very grateful to have him treating me. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr Parks the day of my ORIF surgery for a TPF of my left leg. I thank my lucky stars that I was referred to him. I could not ask for a better surgeon. His skills are unsurpassed. I am able to walk without issue because of him and his team. I’ve never felt unimportant, or rushed during any of my post op visits. My concerns are always addressed with clear and understandable explanation. An added plus, my scar is beautiful. How often can that be said?

Dr Parks is professional, polite, respectful, supportive, courteous, compassionate and experienced. Dr Parks was a wonderful man who helped my mal-union after a year of working with me and the physical therapist. He had to perform two procedures on me and the second was an added benefit to me and restored the full use of my left arm. I have chosen to continue to work with Dr Parks on my trocanteric bursitis of the left hip. I can only recommend Dr Parks as a retired Director of Nursing from New York City, for orthopedic care.

I shattered both of my heels in May 2019 while at Topsail Beach. Dr. Parks did surgery to repair the bad breaks. He did a terrific job. The surgery and recovery went very well. His team was there for me and my physical therapist at all times. They were all extremely attentive and immediately available to provide any answers, prescriptions or instructions during recover. Dr. Parks is a top notch surgeon.
