I had 16 teeth pulled by Dr Pace, he did an excellent job, everyone in the office was great, going to the dentist just instills fear in me and everyone including Dr Pace made this a very easy process, the doctor was even nice enough to call me that evening to check up on me. I highly recommend them

Poor Pain Management
Dr. Pace pulled one of my molars on a Monday. On Wednesday, the clot that forms in the socket of a pulled tooth came out as I rinsed my mouth, leaving the bone and all of its nerves exposed, known as a "dry socket." I began experiencing increasing amounts of pain over the next few days. By Saturday it was excruciating. I called Dr. Pace. It was Labor Day weekend. I was expecting that he would prescribe prescription painkillers for the increased pain that accompanies dry sockets. He told me to continue taking the prescribed ibuprofen and to call on Tuesday, and he wished me good luck until then. I then called my MD. He prescribed codeine and a regimen that included codeine, Ibuprofen, and acetaminophen. It helped a lot. People in pain deserve treatment commensurate with their level of pain. Dr. Pace may be a good surgeon, but I felt he had little concern for my pain.

Dr Pace and his entire staff are superior. They responded to my very painful oral emergency in an incredibly compassionate, timely, and effective manner. If I lived in the Boston area, Dr. Pace would be my first choice, without reservation, for oral heath and dental needs.
