2nd post op visit
Dr O' Grady and staff are fantastic on their caring and follow up with patients. It's starts with the first visit exploring options, Andrews surgery center communication between patient and care giver is unsurpassed. And the post op visits through the rehabilitation is outstanding. Well done!

Decision time
Time to review medical tests, history of the case and formulate a plan. He listened to my concerns and addressed my goals. Fully explained the procedure alternatives and agreed decision reached. His staff was incredibly friendly and professional and responsive to my questions. I have total confidence in the entire team.

He originally repaired my shoulder indicating it needed replacement but I was unwilling at the time. Several years later I returned realizing he was right. Surgery was quick, as was the recovery. He is the best. I highly recommend him to all.

Follow up on shoulder joint replacement Surgery
From the time I entered the office, I had X-rays taken, visited with Dr. O'Grady, was given a clean bill of health, and out the door in less than an hour. All very organized and efficient. The surgery by Dr. O'Grady was perfect. Shoulder is great, no pain, and am using my arm again no pain. Will be good as new again in a couple of months.

What stands out to me is how Dr O'Grady set down and took his time explaining what was going on with my knee and what needs to be done. He didn't run in then run out. He's the man to go see with your problem.
