Dr. Noell is the best psychiatrist I have ever worked with. He is concerned about me on every level. He is compassionate. He listens and interprets snd then explains. He has FIXED me. He will do everything in his power to help you feel good about yourself, prescribe the exact medication if necessary, and returns my calls the same day, even after hours. He is extremely professional and is old school, keeping a legal pad just for me. He rents a room in a psychology building.after seeing a psychiatrist for 10 years, and was given records that repeated a one line sentence for every time I saw him, and then saw another who fired me because she didn’t like my specialist involving himself in my health when it came to a medication that was harming me, which she put me on, I found Dr. Noell. I have been with him since 2013. I will always be grateful to this doctor. He is kind, soft spoken, patient snd really listens.

Compassionate and treats you like a person, not a pathology. I noted the poor review based on the mix up in time - it happened to me a couple of times in 15 years. Normal - we are all human.

After waiting a month to get in to see the doctor, he called me day before the appt to remind me, as doctor's typically do. I asked if the appt was still at 2:30pm, as was in my calendar, and he said "no, 3:30pm, 3:30pm, that's what I have here." I said okay no problem, see you then. Day after comes and I got to the office at 3:15pm and checked in. Always a bit early, I knocked on his door at 3:25 after turning his "light" on to let him know I was there, and he says "Oh, your appointment was at 2:30pm". Obviously frustrated, I asked if he remembered calling me and saying the appointment was 3:30pm rather than 2:30pm. He denied even ever calling me, and said he had another patient at 3:30pm. I said alright, can you see me after that patient? Maybe stay a little late so I can get some help, as I'd waited over a month to see a psychiatrist? He said no and that his next availability was over 8 weeks in the future. Walked out and will not see this "doctor" again. Thx for the help.
