Dr. Christopher Muenchen, MD

Does not listen to patient, you leave feeling dismissed.

He was possibly the rudest, most disconnected, arrogant, ego based, and incompetent doctor I have come across. It was clear within 90 seconds he did not want to hear a thing I said nor answer a question. For example when asked how do handle my current situation as not end up in the emergency room again in 48-72 hours. His answer was I don’t know I don’t have a crystal ball. I’m an articulate educated woman. Not only is his lack or professionalism unacceptable it’s highly insulting. For all of the marketing Jupiter Medical puts out claiming to stand above they should really reconsider having this doctor as a first touch pint in an ER.

I’m not sure how Dr. muenchen has a position at Jupiter medical if they are truly one of the best hospitals in Florida. He is so incredibly rude and dismissive. He has absolutely no bedside manner. When you’re speaking and telling him what your symptoms are he seems annoyed to be listening to you. He only listens to respond and when he does respond it’s completely condescending. He lacks any form of empathy and I hope I never have him standing next to my bedside dictating my care if I’m ever again in a position of need. I would avoid this ER at all costs just so I don’t run into him. The board of directors at this facility should really take a hard look into how Dr. muenchen represents the emergency department.

asks questions and doesn’t listen before he cut you off and talks about what he wants to talk about. Doesn’t listen to anything you say a terrible diagnosis which was totally wrong.

Have had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with him. first time i had a head injury and he did not assess me just sent me to CT and then came to waiting room and again did no assessment and told me i was fine and to go home he was busy. then more recently he was not careful with a injury caused more pain did not FULLY assess the injury missed multiple parts then proceed to not give me the x-ray results call in meds i specifically asked him not to call in and did not bother to give me any discharge instructions or let me know i was being discharged. Hospital needs to reassess his position
