My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the Tennessee Fertility Institute and Dr. Christopher Montville. After trying to conceive for many years and undergoing unsuccessful treatment at a different clinic, we were beginning to lose hope. However, from the moment we walked through the doors of Tennessee Fertility Institute, we knew we were in good hands.Dr. Montville and his team were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and they took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had.Dr. Montville's attention to detail and expertise in the field of fertility is truly remarkable. He is a skilled and compassionate physician who genuinely cares about his patients. As anyone struggling to build their family knows, infertility can feel daunting, isolating and downright scary. Dr. Montville and the entire TFI team did everything in their power to ease all those feelings for us. Dr. Montville was excellent at providing the information we needed to make the best decisions for our family, and he did so in such a factual yet gentle way I so appreciated. His care team, especially Kelly, was on top of every question and concern I had during during our retrievals and FET. Bailey, Rita and the entire procedure team was amazing and made the retrieval day so much less daunting than I expected. Jennifer, Amelia and the embryology team was fantastic and always willing to answer my questions and never made me feel like a burden. Their levels of empathy, humor and patient centered care are something I’ve never experienced before and am so grateful for. We graduated from TFI with mixed emotions - thrilled to be pregnant, but sad to leave such a special place.

Dr. Montville and his team were AMAZING! We had been trying for over a year on our own to have a baby without any success! My OBGYN referred us to Dr. Montville and it couldn't have been a better decision! He was able to come up with the best plan for us and it took patience, time, heartache and tears, but something finally worked for us! My husband and I will forever be grateful for the care shown to us throughout the entire process! So so thankful! If you're looking for the best fertility Dr., look no further. He is the BEST! During my many visits at this medical office I was not fully informed about my insurance or what costs would be required of me. Furthermore, when I was charged twice for a service I had to call and demand to get refunded. They didn’t apologize or seem to care. I also didn’t feel comfortable in the waiting room as there is not a lot of privacy and everything is out in the open. Also, when getting blood work it is in the wide open and there was not a way of telling which patients were getting called to draw blood the nurse literally asked everyone of the patients. There needs to be better systems of communications and patient care set in place to make us feel valued and comfortable.

Infertility doesn’t seem like it would be a beautiful experience, but with Dr. Montville and his team, a terrible experience turned into a lovely one. Each step of the way felt tailored to my husband’s and my wishes. Nothing was ever pushed on us, and Dr. Montville was so thorough, honest, and positive with everything. He took things one step at a time so as not to overwhelm us and helped us to adjust at each interval. After almost three years and many different treatments, our miracle IVF baby is coming in just under two months!

We have been going to Tennessee Fertility Institute for 11 months. Prior to this, we tried several YEARS to get pregnant. With 1 round of IVF and assistance from Dr. Montville, Jennifer the senior embryologist, and the rest of the team, we are 8 weeks pregnant and still have one embryo in the freezer. They assisted us every step of the way. They have an on-call doctor 24-7 for questions or concerns. They answered any and all of my questions in a reasonable amount of time and were very honest about the costs associated with IVF and what we would be responsible for out of pocket. I just can’t say enough good about this team! They are all so knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, successful. They are good at their jobs and will be with you every step of the way. We started at another fertility clinic in Nashville, which yielded no results and felt like an extremely cold, uncaring environment. We are so blessed that we found TFI! We can’t wait to welcome our sweet baby!

Dr Montville and his staff were wonderful. They worked with me for three years and were patient, friendly, and caring. I was never treated like a number, but more as a friend. He explained everything in clear, plain language without making me feel dumb. The nurses and staff were always helpful and prompt with their responses to all my questions. They made a stressful and emotional process as pleasant as possible.

Dr.Montville and his whole team took excellent care of my husband and I. They showed exceptional compassion throughout the entire process!

We came to Dr. Montville with a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. In our initial consult, he asked about our family goals, explained treatment options, and gave us time to consider the approach that would meet our needs. He did not make us repeat testing given that we had records from a prior provider. Throughout our IUI process, he talked us through every detail, spent ample time with me during my scans, and answered all of my questions. Overall, everything felt extremely safe and organized, and our IUI was successful! We are so grateful to Dr. Montville and his wonderful team!

Dr. Montville was very thorough, personable, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through each step, what to expect, how to prepare, and had a very calming presence in a very stressful and often overwhelming situation. I am incredibly grateful for his help and expertise in growing my family.

Dr. Montville has been the absolutely best fertility specialist. I trusted him fully as my guide in my fertility journey with every decision, treatment and outcome. I would recommend him to anyone going through fertility struggles. He is the best and we are so thankful we moved to Nashville and found him!
