Terrible front office service
Cannot recommend Dr Miller because of the difficulty getting in touch for appointments, prescriptions, questions etc. His front office is horrible. They NEVER answer phones calls, leave you on hold for hours and then hang up. His nurse is the same. She never returns messages. I’ve used the portal and instead of scheduling for a time I’ve requested they schedule a different time, or it says “you must call our office”. Terrible service. If you have an urgent problems the portal says it takes 2 business days to reply. I can’t believe he has any patients with such terrible service. Dr Miller is wonderful but not worth getting high blood pressure over his help.

Excellent doctor. First impression is not all that positive as he can come across as somewhat a "smartypants" with limited bedside manner. Second visit forward shows his true doctor personality - patient care priority. Dr, Miller is one of the most basically intelligent doctors I have encountered in my 74 years. Very quick on uptake of described symptoms. Cannot say enough positive concerning his skill as a physician.

Went in for my yearly free Wellness Exam and was told at check out I owed $50 co-pay. When I asked why she said he was charging me for another office visit because we discussed other topics. We discussed the results of my bone density covered by insurance, my free wellness checkup & he asked me how I was doing with an issue that I came for last year. I explained another Dr. suggested I hold off on treating that issue. Boom $50 dollar co-pay for answering that question I guess. Not happy!!!

Think Dr Miller is a brilliant Doctor. For almost 20 years I have chronic headaches 24/7 and sciatica that has become very painful over the last 3 years due to degenerative disc disease in my lower spine. He has never prescribed pain meds other than NSAID which caused peptic ulcer and did very little to address my chronic headache & sciatic/low back pain. Said I did not look forward to living the rest of my life in pain. Immediate referral to a psychiatrist was the response who never called.
