Dr. Christopher Marker, DO

I am so grateful for Dr. Marker. He helped my dad who has had multiple back surgeries and has been having major back pain. He also helped me with my neck injury. I had been to four other doctors and was not given the time of day by them. Dr. Marker listens, he cares, and he is a knowledgeable doctor.

After many years of suffering with shoulder and neck pain and visiting over 34 doctors I found Dr. Marker was amazing in healing my problems after twenty years of pain. He's amazing and is the most dedicated caring doctor I have ever met with. Detail oriented and investigates every possible solution. After PRP treatments I am pain free. I would recommend DR. Marker highly!

We had a follow-up MRI appointment with Dr. Marker. When he entered the room, he asked why we were here. My wife said we were here to discuss the MRI report and handed him a copy. He said he read it, but didn’t want to comment on the MRI report. He wanted the MRI images (to come to his own conclusions). Unfortunately, the office didn’t get the images because it was done by an “out of his network” alternative radiology company. On a positive note, he said he wouldn’t charge us for the visit.BTW, this was our second visit and our first experience with Dr. Marker was very similar in that he seemed cold, unfriendly and indifferent. However, since he order the MRI, we thought we should go back to him for his recommendations (hoping he might be more personable too). His demeanor and indifference was the same as the first visit. Fortunately, there are plenty of other doctors in our network to work with.

Dr. Marker has been my treating physician for the last 7 years. I have undergone numerous out-patient spinal injections, pre and post spinal fusion. My quality of life has improved greatly with his care. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

He is painless on his procedures. Very gentle. Dr. Marker cares about his patients and does not mind difficult and complex cases. I am so fortunate to have had Dr. Osgur refer him. He is a great diagnostician

Dr Markers'was able to diagnose the injury and determine a treatment plan with just a few visits. He presented the options available, including what insurance will cover and what they will not. I opted for the plasma replacement therapy which worked wonders. He explained the time-frame for the response would be 4-6 weeks and he was right on target. The treatment was a huge success in relieving the sciatic nerve irritation. The office staff have been very helpful with scheduling both online and in-patient visits. He is more on-time than most physicians and very helpful.

Dr Marker was really thorough in my first examination for pain in my elbow (tennis elbow). He did an ultrasound and found a micro tear in a tendon, and ruled out inflammation. So we have a plan of action. Dr Marker explained everything clearly, and I felt like I was in excellent hands!

It is the first time I met Dr Marker. I was really impressed about his management of my lower back pain. He is a kind of doctor patient care oriented. He carefully listens to my problem. He bases on my medical records then gives me a thorough examination. He explains the different options for my problem. He definitely very knowledgeable on his field. Highly recommend.

Dr. Marker is an outstanding physician! He is by far the best doctor I have ever seen for management of my back pain (and I have seen MANY!). He is consistently kind, patient and caring. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, truly listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains all information and procedures to my satisfaction. Dr. Marker is outstanding!!!!!! I had been to several other orthopedic doctors over a six month period with no pain relieve or hope for a surgical remedy in sight. I've been a patient of Dr. Markers since 2009, then he practiced in Riverside Ca. When he relocated to Huntington Beach, I followed, my round trip drive is about 80 miles and worth it. I've under gone 10 surgeries and it was Dr. Marker who helped in my recovery. I'm 63 and what is so special about Dr. Marker is how kind he is and knowledgeable . I have never felt rushed and my questions and concerns always answer. The clinic is clean and the staff is excellent.

Excellent rapport, understanding, takes time to listen, comprehensive in explaining procedures, meds, and outcomes we hope to accomplish. Feels like we are a team. He's interested in the well-being of his patient. Front office staff is knowledgeable, "on top of" what steps need to be taken re: scheduling and insurance. I've been impressed and grateful for the excellent services that I received from Dr. Marker and his staff. I'm very active and have incurred several injuries over the years. I really liked how he was able to craft a holistic game plan for me to return to my normal level of activity, which has been effective in managing my overall health.
