Dr. Lykins asked questions and listened. He was kind and caring, very knowledgeable and efficient.

Dr. Lykins knew immediately what was causing my sporadic nosebleeds and knew exactly how to remedy it. He was quick and accurate. Even had some conversation and a laugh.

Doctor Lykins is a great doctor…He has been taking care of my daughter for over 15years, keeping her healthy and happy.Besides being an amazing professional, he is very patient and kind.

I called a month ago to schedule an appt. with Dr. Lykins and my appt. was supposed to be a week from now but I called them today to see what I need to bring to my appt. they told me that they don't take my insurance. When I called a month ago to make the appointment I specifically told them what insurance I have & they assured me that they took my insurance. I wasted a month thinking that I was going to have an appointment with Dr. Lykins when I could've had an appointment with another doctor 2 weeks prior but Dr. Lykins was closer because I live up north. My pulmonary doctor asked me what doctor I had found because he wanted to refer his patients to him as well. Also when I called to confirm I spoke to a Deanna and she wanted to comfirm with the office manager, but was out to lunch so she promised me a call back but 2 hours later I had to call back. Now I have to call back the other doctor & probably have to wait another month to get in. Make sure you confirm everything!!!

The staff were kind and professional. However, the doctor spent hardly any time at all listening or caring about my problem. He was very dismissive of my problems and I felt humiliated after leaving his office. VERY disappointing!!!!!!!

The front-office staff moved my appointment three times, the last being the day of my appointment. I had to readjust my schedule repeatedly, and they never even apologized or indicated that they realized this was an inconvenience. Dr. Lykins is somewhat likable but is also incredibly rushed. The second he flung open the door it seemed I was wasting his time. The amount of time he spent looking in each ear was truly, and I mean it, less than a second per ear. He talks incredibly fast and has an arrogant and abrupt manner. I usually understand doctors quite well, but he was hard to follow due to explaining information so fast. Super condescending.

Dr. Christopher Lykins is absolutely great. He is very professional, took the time to listen and did answered all of my questions. I already recommended Dr. Lykins to all of my friends & family!

Dr. Lykins prescribed me an antibiotic than I am allergic to. His Physician's Assistant was the rudest medical professional I have ever spoken with. A procedure was done during a routine visit that was billed separate from the exam, without consent, and billed for over $200 -- which there is no recourse for, because "it's in the paperwork." Those on top of the doctor referring me for a CT Scan (because I told him I have been treated for sinusitis with antibiotics multiple times in the past and it hasn't worked), only to get a text message that says "Mild but worsening sinusitis. Will prescribe a prolonged antibiotic. Call our office and schedule 1 month follow-up." ...so after being referred for advanced diagnostics because antibiotics hadn't worked in the past, I was told nothing showed up and to try antibiotics. Will avoid this Dr. and the entire Valley ENT network going forward.

Horrible front office staff! I had an appt. scheduled for months and when I arrived I was told I had no appt. that day or any other day in the future. Too bad I didn't have the appt. card with me that day but now know the office staff is rude AND incompetent. One wonders if the doctors are too.

Great doc. Always on time. Answers questions and talks to u like an adult. He did a great job in hubby surgery. Highly recommend him!

Extremely happy with Dr. Lykins and his staff!! From start to finish my experience was excellent. I had a complicated 2 hour nose surgery and the results have been fantastic!! I tend to bleed a lot and had excessive bleeding the next day. I called the next day and Dr. Lykins saw me immediately!!

Poor bedside manner - barely spent any time examining and brushed off any concerns as if his time was being wasted

Our daughter was seen in March and Dr. Lykins suggested tonsillectomy. Our insurance denied the original request due to not enough information. Since then we have called multiple times and the office staff keeps suggesting that they are waiting to hear on the appeal claim and medical records for our pediatrician. Neither one has actually received contact from Dr. Lykins office staff, there has been no appeal to the insurance company or our pediatrician. Our pediatrician suggest 2nd opinion.
