Dr. Lee recently treated my reoccurrence of prostate cancer with radiation therapy. He explained my reoccurrence thoroughly and in terms I could easily understand. His staff was extremely professional and every question was answered with patience and expertise. They were simply great. Dr. Lee was fantastic. He monitored me closely throughout treatment and informed me about the process, outcomes we were hoping to achieve and the steps we must take to get there. I am happy to report the best possible news. The cancer was undetectable 6 weeks after treatment and I can look forward to an excellent outcome. Dr. Lee and staff are the best!

Dr. Lee took time to talk over my issues. I never felt rushed with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about prostate cancer. He is up to date on all the latest developments. I really like his team as well. I don't think you could find a better radiation oncologist in all of Washington for prostate cancer. I have researched throughout the U.S. via the internet and on-line support. He is the one I would recommend no matter where you live. In my case, he really nailed the cancer and I have undetectable PSA ever since. There is nothing like going through the trials of cancer and coming out undetectable. I couldn't recommend him higher.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by the surgeon who performed my biopsy. In addition, he was recommended to me by a friend who also is an oncologist and is very familiar with his work. When we arrived for the consultation on February 6, 2020, Dr. Lee had already prepared handouts that we could use to better understand what we were learning from him. He also showed us images from the most recent CT scan and from an earlier one. His explanations were clear and thorough. The aspect of his excellent consultation with us that was most important and useful was his cogent discussion with us about which of the available options we should pursue. We not only were favorably impressed by his work, we went away much more confident that the next steps in treating this cancer are good ones to take.

Besides being a caring person who listens, Dr. Lee literally saved my life. The first 2 oncologists I saw told me I hadn’t followed their flowchart prior to coming to them. I was to go home until I got on their program… or died. Cancer took my mother and sister. So, I knew I didn’t have time to play games. I sought out someone who listened, cared, and acted. I found Dr. Chris Lee. I explained what we’d done up to this point (excision (TAE) vs. resection) and how we then wanted to follow-up with chemo and radiation. He immediately saw what we were trying to do. He looked at the peer-reviewed papers we had that the 2 medical oncologists wouldn’t even acknowledge. He also had a similar paper from the UCLA medical center. He showed these papers to the medical oncologist who immediately concurred. 5 years later, after 2 surgeries, chemo, radiation, and careful following by the Dr Lee (leading this stellar team), I’ve just been declared “cancer-free”.

Dr. Lee has been my lead oncologist and radiation Dr. since I was diagnosed with base of tongue cancer that spread to neck lymph nodes. Since being referred to Dr. Lee in fall of 2018 he had been absolutely great. He has carefully explained the nature of my cancer, treatment options, odds of success and side effects of treatment. He is thorough and makes sure all my questions are completely answered. As issues have come up during and after treatment he has responded immediately and lined me up with the best in the area specialists. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lee and his entire team to anyone facing cancer.

Just before moving to Spokane, Washington, while I was living in Colorado, I was diagnosed with cancer. I called CCNW and spoke with Heather (Dr. Lee's scheduler/receptionist), she told me he was with a patient and would call me back within the hour - Dr Lee called me back within the next half hour! He is the only doctor I left messages for that returned my call. After speaking with him on the phone I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr Lee. Two weeks later my wife and I moved to Spokane and met with Dr Lee and his staff. I found him to be very compasionate and caring, he took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions, letting us know my options and supporting my decisions. His caring demeanor has continued throughout my recovery. All of the staff that work with Dr Lee also share that same compassion. For anyone that is unfortunately diagnosed with cancer I would highly recommend Dr Lee. He saved my life!

Dr Lee was my Radiation Oncologist for my breast cancer a few years ago. He has this wonderful caring bedside manner that I appreciated very much. All my questions were answered fully so I had a clear understanding of the process, what to expect for side affects and contact information for any other concerns or questions. Knowing you have to have Radiation treatments can be a scary undertaking but with Dr Lee and his wonderful team of professionals, I was able to breeze through it with their supportive care. I highly recommend him for anyone that is faced with the medical need for Radiation therapy.

I would like to add a note concerning the excellent attention I received from Cancer Care Northwest during my recent radiation treatments. EVERYONE, from the reception desk up front, to the Laboratory, to the Techs who provided treatment, was amazing in their care. I would especially like to express my true thanks to Dr. Chris Lee and his staff for their genuine support and kindness through my entire treatment process. They made me feel like my health mattered to them and would always go above and beyond to be certain that I had no worries, concerns or problems, even in my private life, in which they might be able to help. It might seem strange to say, but I actually looked forward to my interactions with these kind and caring people. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Dr. Christopher M. Lee is the most unusual human being I have encountered in my 70 years, He is a consumate professional and more , he is a person whom has not lost his humanity. He is respectful, compassionate, interested in everything you are going through and answers all your questions and makes sure you understand all that was covered in the appt. He exudes an aura that makes one feel, instantly, "that all is going to be good" as you have an instant feeling of confidence and a feeling of goodness in this special human being. These are qualities that are so very hard to find in this day and age. He , Dr. Lee, is a true credit to his profession and too all that come to him as well as all the staff and upper management that helps guide his tenure @ Cancer Care N.W. He has blessed our lives immeasurably and I am honored to have been priveledged to meet him and be one of his blessed patients. He is a friend! Mr. Fred Polello and brother david lewis
