He's the best!
I had a total reverse shoulder replacement done by Dr Kilian several weeks ago and am over the moon happy with him, his practice and the outcome so far. If you are looking for a Dr who cares, is willing to spend time with you going over all aspects of your surgery before AND after....Dr Kilian is the one! I would recommend him with no hesitation....truly one of the best!!

From the first consultation through the most recent follow up, Dr. Kilian and his staff have been cordial, empathetic, patient and timely. I am 16 weeks post-surgery from rotator cuff repair. My recovery has been steady, much easier and less debilitating than expected. I strongly recommend Dr. Kilian and his team.

Upon evaluating my shoulder injury, my orthopedic surgeon (who has been in Milwaukee Magazine’s top doctors for years) said I was a complex case (4 rotator cuff tears and a torn biceps) and needed the best shoulder surgeon out there. He recommended Dr. Killian. Almost 4 months out and with physical therapy at ATI oconomowoc, I’m nearly back to my pre-shoulder dislocation self! And Dr. Killian is a nice guy besides being an awesome surgeon!

As soon as he realized I didn't need surgery it was like I wasn't even in the room. I was literally still asking questions as he was leaving the room. I've seen several doctors, chiropractors and PTs and he gave me the least thorough exam of them all!

Dr. Killian was excellent. He repaired my left shoulder. I had a similar procedure on my right shoulder about 6 years ago. The difference between the two procedures were night and day. Dr. Killian's bedside manor was excellent. The results of the procedure and pain management are beyond compare. I would recommend Dr. Killian in an instant.

My husband chose Dr. Killian to fix his torn rotator cuff based solely on the online ratings, such as this. We had recently moved to Wisconsin and he had put off getting it fixed after a fall off a ladder due to our pending move. By the time we got around to calling Dr. Killian, his shoulder was a mess and it was almost too late. But Dr. Killian did a fabulous job of putting things back together, and we would recommend him without reservation. And I would remiss not to mention how wonderful their physical therapy staff is in helping to bring about such a wonderful outcome.

D. Kilian did a reverse shoulder replacement about 3 months ago. I was driving 2 weeks after surgery. Off the hard drugs in a week. I actually felt no pain, not even any aching. The only aching was when I did physical therapy. Mostly because I haven't used shoulder for a while. Mostly muscle soreness. I have recommended Dr. Kilian to several people needing should repair or replacement.

I had a bad right shoulder for a couple of years. I saw Dr. Kilian to get a shot in my shoulder. He did the shot but after having 2 in the year and going back for a 3rd , he said I was at the point for a shoulder replacement. I had the surgery done and it has been 8 weeks now. He did a great job! I can move my arm now better then I could in years. I have had other replacements in past years and I can honestly say this was the best all round surgery and recovery I have ever had. His program for rehab was very good. Each week I could see improvement in what I could do with my arm. I highly recommend Dr. Kilian.

Dr Kilian preformed a reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder seven weeks ago. Although I am still under post op restrictions, I am pain free and my shoulder function is improving daily. I've had no unexpected issues from the surgery. I found Dr Kilian very skilled and knowledgeable in this procedure and results to be exactly as he predicted. Both his desire to help and personality have been very positive. I am further impressed with his doing research in this area.

Dr. Kilian repaired two full and two partial tears in my left shoulder. He did a great job and after physical therapy I have 180 degrees of movement and most of my strength back. Another Orthopedic Surgeon recommend Dr. Kilian to me and after what he did to repair my shoulder, I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Kilian was highly recommended by my knee surgeon as he only does shoulder surgeries. I had 2 detached rotator cuff muscles which restricted by arm movement upwards. Surgery was successful. He is thorough and patient and takes time to answer my questions and concerns. I am confident in his plan to make sure I have the best outcome. I highly recommend him especially for the more difficult cases like I had.
