Dr. Christopher Keller, MD

There was zero connection with Dr Keller and after waiting excessively, he wanted me to come back for another appointment. His staff was apologetic for him but he was not. His communication with his nurse was definitely tense and communication with me was almost nonexistent. He did do the procedure that day with a dull scissors! After numerous attempts to remove a lesion in my mouth, he demanded the nurse just get some alcohol and pour it on a different scissors. I wish I was under so I didn't have to hear his demands and lack of compassion for me! Never again!

My visit with Dr. Keller was the worst doctors appt I have ever had. He is curt, brash, unempathetic, rushed, and has the bedside manner of a toad. He offered no solutions, does not think outside the box, and will meet with you for about 2 and a half minutes. Think about all of the things you like about your favorite doctor. Dr. Keller is the opposite. Go elsewhere. Trust me.

I had high hopes for this appointment after reading some reviews about how knowledgeable and patient and caring he is. I was excited to finally see a specialist that could give me some answers. That wasn't my personal experience. I felt he was dismissive and didn't listen to what was going on. In my personal view of the appointment, he would ask me a question but then shake his head no and brush off what I was trying to convey. I felt very rushed and unheard. Truly a disappointing experience. Also, as a note for others, the office was hard to find, so definitely ask your appointment scheduler for very specific instructions - just the address won't help you find it as it's included in the building of another large facility that they aren't affiliated with, so that was confusing.

First saw Dr, Keller in January 2022 for a hoarse voice condition. On the first visit, the root cause was diagnosed and a treatment plan developed and implemented. After voice rest and voice therapy did not improve the situation, he efficiently moved to Direct Microlaryngoscopy for removal of the polyp that was causing the issue. The results were perfect and I have my normal voice back. A kind, logical and straightforward man who I would highly recommend.

Absolutely arrogant. Would not listen nor did he seem to care about my symptoms. Claimed my moderate-sized maxillary sinus cyst couldn't be causing any issues despite my neurologist saying otherwise as well as countless medical journals that would disagree with him, not to mention the fact that it is directly impacting my dental health or vice versa with numerous dead teeth underneath it. He's left me with no respite from my issues and unsure of where to go. If you want to suffer he's the doctor for you. Unless you have a real simple issue that is easy money for him then don't waste your time. If you have any real problems find a better doctor.

I've been going to this schmuck since July, spent thousands of dollars running around all of Wisconsin, and nothing has been accomplished. I'm just as bad off as I was then.

Dr. Keller is very thorough, explains things well and will get to the root of the problem! Not only that, he gave me my voice back!
