Dr. Christopher Jones, MD

I am a retired physician (though I did not inform Dr Jones or his staff of this information). I was treated promptly and respectfully and professionally and was completely satisfied with the examination, care and explanation I received. I offer my highest recommendation for Dr Jones and his staff.

My husband saw Dr Jones OVER A MONTH AGO, and was told he needed a biopsy on his thyroid to rule out cancer. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE SCHEDULED! He called Dr Jones’ office, and they seemed very lackadaisical about it, saying they’d been having trouble finding out who prescribed his blood thinner. He asked “Did it ever dawn on you to call and just ask me?!” I am horrified that a physician’s staff would let something like this go on for this long…..OVER A MONTH and not even scheduled yet! Our PCP has reached out to Dr Jones’ office THREE TIMES trying to get the form she needs from them to authorize the hold on his blood thinner, and no response! Do NOT recommend this group.

Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and respectful. I go to see him every 6 months for a follow up. Each appointment he goes the extra mile to make sure I’m okay before leaving. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones if you’re looking for a ENT doctor!

I have terrible ear problems. Dr. Jones knows what will help me and he explains things about what is going on in my ears and what he can do to help me before I lose more hearing. Thank you Dr. Jones

I was referred to Dr. Jones by my family Diagonstian/Internist. What started out as what I thought was a 'head' cold, had led to profound cerumen impaction which had suddenly rendered my hearing compromised. I found Dr. Jones to be an excellent communicator (impressive considering I could hardly hear). He made me comfortable and possessed an amiable disposition : it usually takes me some time to 'warm-up' to a new practitioner ; with Dr. Jones, I was instantly at-ease. Plus , he's a Hoosier :)

On my first visit, Dr. Jones found several issues that were missed by my previous visit with another ENT who was completely dismissive of my concerns. He took the time to actually go through my list of complaints and check using the scope to identify any issues he could by sight. His personality is a little dry but he is very thorough and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Dr. C. Jones to help with my medical needs.

Dr. Jones always treats me with kindness. He is very knowable and respectful.
