A caring doctor
Dr. Jarrett did my knee replacement in 2022. I asked him if we could pray, before the surgery. Without any hesitation he stepped up to the bed and reached for my hand and prayed. He prayed! I am forever grateful. Oh, and my knee is just fine.

My Experience with Dr. Jarrett
Yesterday, my doctor told me I didn’t need to wear my knee immobilization brace any longer. That was after 9 weeks of wearing the contraption that went from my ankle to the upper thigh and prevented me from bending my knee so my quad tendon could heal after the surgery to repair it. Nine weeks. All this came about after Dr. Jarrett gave me a total knee replacement and, in the process, damaged the tendon to the point that it ruptured 3 weeks later. Dr. Jarrett tried to repair it during the procedure but he didn’t do it right and didn’t inform me that it had happened at all. After the rupture, I went back to him and he seemed baffled as to what to do. I got a second opinion and that surgeon correctly diagnosed it and surgically repaired it. Now, 3-1/2 months after the knee replacement, I am able to get around but still have about 3 months of physical therapy ahead of me.

Think Twice
I believe Dr. Jarred to have Patient Profiled , me before he came into the renaming room. He looked at my meds, and then used my medical information to profile me! This doctor believes he is more than an orthopedic Doctor. He see himself as a psychiatrist, a pulmonary doctor and god know what else. The man has not an ounce of compassion, will not even allow you tell him WHY you came to him in the first place. He will decide, and only HIM. This is a man who came into the room using the wrong MRI, to discuss my problem and tell me there was no tear and all was okay. And that my husband and I were wrong? I think after myself and my husband told him at least twice, he was looking at the wrong MRI, he became enraged and took his mistake out on me. Now this man scared me so much, I let him give me an injection because I was afraid, I just wanted to get out of that examining room as fast as possible. I never wanted an injection, Injections mask and possibly allow the tear to becom

Dr. Chritopher Jarrett is a caring, compassionate orthopedic doctor who gave me a total knee replacement July 2021. I followed all his directions to get ready for my surgery by seeing PT and doing all the exercises PT recommended to strengthen my quads. It paid off. Firstly, I had no bruising at all. I did the ice machine 20 minutes on 20 minutes off for a month. In-home PT started 2 days after surgery and that lasted 2 weeks before starting outpatient PT. He answered all of my questions and more. I won't hesitate to get my other knee done in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Jarrett.

First time seeing an orthopedist in a very long time. I had a lot of questions and was anxious to see my X-rays and learn more about them compared to what a “normal” knee looks like. Throughout this my daughter had a virtual performance at the same time as my appointment. Dr. Jarrett and his staff were patient, understanding, and Dr. Jarrett took the time to answer all my questions. These appointments can be a bit scary, especially if you’ve been ignoring pain like I had for awhile. I was listened to, and left feeling secure about my options for the future. As well as, feeling immediate relief from pain, after having almost 20 CCs of fluid removed! Excellent experience!

Just completed a total knee replacement as was very impressed with Chris and his entire team. They went the extra mile in explaining everything that took place and what needs to happen during rehab. I'm going to have to get the other one replaced at some poing and Dr. Jarrett will be my surgeon. Plus, he's just a nice guy.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jarrett and I was very impressed by his professionalism and kind demeanor. I felt extremely comfortable talking to him. I felt immediate relief from my knee pain after he administered a cortisone shot and after two days I have been able to return to my normal activities.

Dr. Jarrett, it's a very cold and uncaring physician. I had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Jarret it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I had surgery on Thursday he left for vacation on Sunday and the office Othro Atlanta would not let me see another doctor. I had to go to another hospital to see anorgee doctor and 4 months later I'm still in PT. Dr. Jarrett said I didn't need PT. Ortho Atlanta rehab centers are just a cash cow, giving very in adequate PT.
