Dr. Hawkins is an amazing doctor. He is always extremely interested in what his patients have to say and he is very engaged with his patients the entire time he is in the room. He always partners with his patients and offers choices for treatment, explaining the pros and cons of each and leaves the decision up to you.

He is a great Dr. always listens to my concerns, answers all of my questions, and refers me out to a specialist if I need it. Best Dr I have ever had!

He never second guesses a diagnosis, if he is unsure he will send you to a specialist. He is efficient and compassionate. I feel fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr Hawkins is personable but it seems he kind of wrote my mother off because of her age. She was very ill and after waiting 2 weeks for him to get back from vacation and none of the on-call doctors wanting to deal with her condition, we waited another week and his office told us we could make an appointment to talk to him on the phone if we paid $50 in advance. After doing this and not having our issues solved we found another practioner that is wonderful with geriatric patients.

Love love love how real and caring he is. I've seen so many doctors who don't listen to my issues but just try to medicate me. He always listens and addresses my concerns. I will definitely be staying with this doctor.

I just turned 70 and am tending to have more medical needs. Dr. Hawkins has diagnosed two recent serious health problems and gave excellent referrals to appropriately resolve those health problems. He listens well and explains the likely cause of the problems.

He's insensitive in my opinion arrogant and I will be asking to change Doctors on Monday I'm sorry for him but it blew back on me. I felt insulted and minimized.
