Cruel and not caring. Did not spend time with me.
When he bullied me the last appointment, I was done. He would be in the room less than two minutes. The last appointment, he asked if I wore my boot. I told him that a couple of times I walked into the bathroom without it because I had to go. He then pressed my four fractures between his thumb and fingers, each time asking if it hurt. YES, it hurt. He then said, "Wear the boot," and left the room. IF he was trying to show me they weren't healed, one would have sufficed. I did not go back.

In my opinion Dr. Green is hateful, mean, demeaning and all round horses honey. He did my ankle surgery in 2014. It was done as a outpatient surgery. 7hours and thirty minutes he comes out and tells my sister that they could not take me off the ventilator then proceeds to take her on the operating room. She still has nightmares. I spent several days in the hospital after they finally call an ambulance and started looking for an open trauma bed. Before going back for my visit after surgery I called his office to see if I could use a damp washcloth to wipe the green stuff off of my toes, I did not receive an answer. When I mentioned that to him he told me go ahead we might as well cut it off now and be done with it. I would not let him touch me again and as my sister said it would have been kinder if he had cut it off because at least it would not hurt 24/7.

Dr. Christopher Green is by far the best foot and ankle surgeon. He is thorough in explaining what to expect and prepare for during and after surgery. He is the only person I will ever trust if I were to need another foot surgery. His compassion for patients and their well-being is why I will only use him for podiatry medical issues.

I chose Dr. Green because of his past experience in having foot/ankle surgery thinking he would be compassionate. Boy, was I wrong! He's dismissive, arrogant, bullies, does not answer questions and didn't listen to me. I almost walked out for surgery because of the way he treated me during pre-op. Nurse said he had high success rate with his surgeries. Only reason I let him operate on me. In my follow up with him 3 wks later he acted like I should have known what to do, told me my big toe and foot in that area was not swollen. Pics show otherwise. He was very aggressive in taking out two stitches and then told the nurse that I was crying, which I clearly was not. It was very difficult to schedule the surgery with his assist. It would take her a week to call back and would berate me if I called to find out more about scheduling my surgery. Surgery center was following COVID protocol, he did not wear a mask, not even in the surgery room standing right by the operating table.

Very disorganized! I’m super disappointed with the treatment and how he handled the situation before and after the surgery. I was misguided and was not told what to expect nor how to prepare for the surgery or what to do after the surgery I was clueless and lost. I was referred to him by a friend physician who was super disappointed to hear my experience with him. He is disorganized, not professional, makes inappropriate jokes about the patient, makes fun of the questions or experiences the patient has/ or going through, expects the patient to know what to do as if it’s a common cold not a surgery and a long process treatment. He made me psychologically stressed out and depressed.

Dr. Green and his entire staff were absolutely the best in repairing my 5th metatarsal fracture of my right foot. Dr. Green is an expert in his field of podiatry surgery. His knowledge and skill is why I went to him, but I also found him to be very down to earth with a great sense of humor. He was absolutely honest up front about his time and the chance I might have to wait for him because issues come up in surgery that causes delays. I told him I was perfectly fine with that, since I might end up one day being that person that needs extra time in surgery. If you want the best, you have to be open to waiting for that expertise. My journey started with Dr. Green’s office manager, Michelle Vuong. She was very efficient and got the ball rolling for me. From the moment I checked in for surgery, the pre-registration ladies, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. gave me excellent care. Everyone was amazing in calming my anxiety! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Green.

Dr, Green is fabulous. I got an infection in a sore that another podiatrist was treating. I went to the hospital and my doctor was out of town with no one on call for him leaving me high and dry. Evidently most hospitals don't have a podiatrist on call. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who wanted to amputate my foot. Luckily I said no. I was referred to Dr. Green who saw me the very next day and was appalled anyone wanted to amputate. He treated and healed my wound. He insisted that home health come and change my dressing daily, which is almost unheard of with them. His care and his persistence with home health saved my foot. Yes, you will wait in his office if you go to the one on Western, but I find that a small price to pay for having someone who takes good care of my feet. So many foot doctors that do many surgeries often refuse to deal with wound care and refer that to other doctors. It is refreshing to have someone who is willing to do both.

Totally disorganized - dr tried to hurry me in for surgery before Christmas and their vacations. Was not told cost, when they scheduled my surgery or any mention of necessary blood work until the recep asked I pay $1,000 to get started. She could not answer my total cost question but needed money. (Still nobody told me when my surgery was scheduled so I cancelled it) Nurse calls from South Integris wanting to schedule blood work and finally Nurse calls from this office to tell me surgery date

On my first appointments he and his Practitioner were kind and professional. Theur moods fluctuated wildly. This Dr and his Nurse practitioner can be very nice and helpful or complete jerks.....no in between. As stated, one appointment they are joking (verging on inappropriately so) yet kind and friendly and the next surly, cruel and unprofessional. He tends to blame the patient if things are going poorly yet arrogantly takes credit when things are going well. I don't need this...bye.

This physician really need to learn better time management skills. Why someone would book appointments at 8:00 am when he does not even arrive to clinic till 9:30 is beyond me. It seems he might need to learn how to respect other time. The office visits is never less than a two hour wait till you see Dr. Green.
